Attended the jazz and bubbles event and were so disappointed. Trying to find something positive to say: front desk young lady was nice, bathrooms were clean, champagne selection adequate. The food was served late, Bloody Mary bar consisted of olives and Texas Pete. Diningroom Floors were filthy. The champagne servers served themselves more than the they served the guests.

We found Crestwood through Groupon! It exceeded our expectations!!!! The King Villa was comfortable. Next time we will have to do a room with a view. The view from the main building is breathtaking! The view and the food at The Table was amazing and we could not have asked for a better dining experience! The staff was so accommodating... More

This was a cozy little villa!! There were a few small hiccups--heater in room broke but they quickly fixed it with a space heater that heated the hole room and the extra blankets they provided weren't clean. But overall I enjoyed my stay. They had prompt customer service and all of the staff members were friendly and helpful. Check in... More

We chose to honeymoon in the resort’s marquis room, the Grandfather Suite, for three nights. We were without hot water for 48 hours while there. Upon reporting the problem mid-morning (on the day after our wedding at Crestwood), we were told the Inn was fully-booked (with our guests) and that our water would warm after 15 minutes. Five hours later,... More

Booked two nights at crestwood but wish we had booked three. The room was ok , could use some updating but overall well worth it. Loved the spa , pool was great and really enjoyed sauna . Hopefully the steam room will be operational the next time we visit and there certainly will be a next time. Exercise room was... More

What a wonderful ,charming place to stay and eat while visiting the high country. Staff was excellent and very informed. Needs some updating and small touches but overall for a transformed former residence this place was cool. Will return for valentines day and can't wait. Was hesitant in the beginning after reading some reviews but you truly have to experience... More

Everything in this resort was awesome except for the one thing that drops this rating. Nickle and diming. First is the 15.00 resort fee. Should have just added it to the price of room. Rediculous to have it as a extra cost item. Read the rates and policy as well. Be surprise what they will hit you up with. Free... More

I would stay somewhere else. Signage at the Inn specifically says the entire "resort" premises is smoke free. However, our initial room smelled like an ashtray. Fortunately they weren't fully booked and we were allowed to switch rooms which are very spacious. Ours even had a nice view of Grandfather Mountain. However, they aren't particularly nice or well appointed. The... More

This was our 2nd visit to this property. One of the reasons for coming was our last visit here. I can say I was very disappointed with our stay this time and most likely will not return 1. We were charged a resort fee and the front desk could not explain what the charges were for. 2. Housekeeping was very... More

We enjoyed our stay at Crestwood but I think we will stay somewhere else next time. The rooms were average and I expected more for the price. We stayed in a villa room 403. It was very large and had a nice fireplace. It was snowing on the day we arrived and the road out to Crestwood was not cleared... More
