Stayed in the Turret Room. Nicely appointed, super clean, roomy, very comfy bed. My absolute favorite thing was the quality of bed linens - it is no exaggeration to say the sheets are the softest I have ever felt. Breakfast was ample and HEALTHY. Kim, the new owner, does a great job accommodating her guests (she spoiled my 10 y.o.... More

The rooms have been redone and are lovely. Our room faced the small garden which is a very pretty sight first thing in the morning. The room was freshly painted, clean, quiet and very comfortable. A great relaxing get away. Kim provided coffee, tea and juice in the morning as well as muffins, pastry and cereal. The location is great... More

Had a wonderful nights stay at this charming inn located near to the shops and restaurants in Blowing Rock. I understand it's under new management since May 2015 and my stay was most enjoyable! I can't wait to come back!

As this is in a small bed/breakfast town, we assumed that this Inn was a bed and breakfast (which the owners do not advertise as and was our mistake); however, we were underwhelmed with every facet of our stay. Our room was adjacent to the kitchen, and we could hear everyone coming into the kitchen early in the morning. The... More

Located in a great location in easy walking distance from the center of quaint town of Blowing Rock. Although there is no sit down breakfast, their is fresh juice, fruit, and muffins available for breakfast and a kitchen available to guests. Our room was nice and cozy with a great fireplace and a separate entrance. Ted was helpful and pleasant.... More

We stayed 2 nights at the Victorian Inn in NC in October. The location is great, and Ted was more than helpful, but we felt the room was not up to par for the price we paid. The continental breakfast was subpar and sparce in selection. We looked at other places while we were there, and found much nicer places... More

I am sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay. I would appreciate some feedback on what you didn't like about the Continental breakfast. We do make fresh muffins or pastries each day. Our website does share exactly what the offerings are and I make sure we have all of that each day. Some of our rooms are larger. All have... More

We've just spent $358.54 for a two-night stay at the Victorian Inn in Blowing Rock, NC. There was a time when an "inn" or (as the Victorian Inn advertizes itself) a "Bed and Breakfast" meant congenial hosts, a nice room, and a good, cooked breakfast: all this is why one pays much more than for, say, an average roadside motel.... I am so sorry you did not enjoy your stay. We do not advertise ourselves as a B and B although there are 3rd party sites that do so. We are an Inn that offers a continental breakfast of fresh made muffins, cereal, bananas, juice, coffee and teas. Since we do not "live" on the property and our experience over... More

We were staying in North Carolina with a relative and having a trip out visiting Asheville and Blowing Rock and staying in B&B's so that we could meet other American people. The Victorin Inn in Blowing Rock was a great place to stay. Ted welcomed us and showed us to our lovely room on the first floor. We had a... More

We were at the Victorian Inn for a weekend and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and tasteful. The rooms also have private entrances, which was a big plus! Ted was a great host and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. John and Anna

We had a lovely two-night stay at the Victorian Inn. The innkeeper, Ted, was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and a really nice guy. Our room was spacious, charming, very clean, very comfortable, and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.
