Stayed in the room with twin beds for two nights while running the road race. The location was excellent - Front Street with its restaurants and shops, as well as its attractions (Beaufort Historic Site, NC Maritime Museum) were minutes away. We had a fantastic welcome at this lovely old inn and the captain was both helpful and entertaining. The room was superb and the breakfast was outstanding. We were sad that we only had the time to spend one night in this splendid area. The Spouter Innis also highly recommended for dinner especially if you like seafood. more
