During the snowpocalypse, we were trying to make it to Florence, SC. The weather turned quite bad, and Battleboro was the next exit. We pulled into the Econo Lodge Battleboro North and a very friendly manager got us squared away for the night. He could tell we were from the North, and said that with the snow, everything would close... More

It is pet-friendly. It is fairly reasonable. The breakfast was good, and everything worked properly. Things were a little banged up, but it is hard to keep things perfect, when the prices are so reasonable. They need to be careful to keep out the section 8 people, and other people who do not take care of their property, or anyone... More

We stayed here on our way to New York from Florida. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. This was a real surprise as we don't normally stay at economy properties. The room had newer carpet, drapes, paint etc. While an older property it's been recently redone. The breakfast was fine with oatmeal, cereal, pastries, waffles, and... More

Overall for a short stay, this hotel was neat and clean. The furniture was a little outdated, but functional. Breakfast was basic however there was enough on offer to get us all going. Our room had NO bed bugs.

Although I know you can't count on budget motels for consistency, I was disappointed with this Econo Lodge. The same front-desk person seemed to be on duty during our entire stay (morning, afternoon and night), and she was unable to deal with adding a night to my in-laws stay (their plans changed after our arrival). Their room had wet towels... More

You couldn't ask for nicer staff. We stayed here twice, once heading southbound and because of our excellent stay, once heading back up north. The room looked like it had been remodeled, everything looked new. The bed was very comfortable and I just loved the showerhead. Breakfast was also very fresh with plenty of options available. I will definately stay... More

We were assured a 'pet-free' room as I am allergic. The manager assured us the room was perfectly clean; they had a report on the wall indicating they had a 100% cleanliness rating. Not so. While admittedly the bathroom was clean, the rest was an embarrassment. There was a sofa with stains on the seat and arms. It was old,... More

It was very nice for our one night stay. Right off the Interstate. It was clean, the bathroom was modern and spotless, and our free breakfast was decent. The clerks were very friendly and readily gave us directions to restaurants. The room was very quiet with no cigarette odor which you often smell in inexpensive hotels. Overall, a very pleasant... Stopped overnight traveling from Maryland to South Carolina while sightseeing. When we checked in, I didn't realize that the hotel accepted pets. I usually don't stay at pet friendly places because I'm not particularly pet friendly. But although there were lots of dogs around, all was well. But I would have appreciated the opportunity to know In advance about the... More
