Who would have thought I could leave 90+ degree temperatures and relax in the mid 70's during July??? But that's what happened for my family. I know the resort doesn't control the weather, but it was perfect for our lazy vacation! We came to relax, eat, and spend time with family and friends. The extra large deck and open configuration... We stayed in a two bedroom ,two bath unit with friends . We had a first floor unit. There are second and third floor units but no elevators.we were definitely glad we requested a first floor unit.We enjoyed everything about this resort. The staff was very nice and helpful. The grounds and unit were all well maintained.

We stayed June 19-22 in a 2 bedroom villa. We got there early and thy let us check in at 1pm since the room was ready. Check in was very simple and easy. We were so happy with the unit. 2 bedrooms and the beds were tempur-pedic beds!! I have never slept so well on vacation. Granite countertops in bathroom... More

We stayed here for a wedding in June. The rooms were nice. We had two bedrooms with two baths and a kitchen. We stayed on the second floor and could hear the people and children run around on the floor above us. It's a very quiet place, very conveniently placed to grandfather mountain. The front desk attendant was a very... More

Great place for chain smokers, we were forced to tolerate a chain smoker the entire week-A/C sucked in the stench resulting in our congestion and illness and possible future cancer. We arrived a day late and late in the evening only to turn down the bed spread and see a large red blood stain in the middle of the sheets.... More

We frequently try timeshares throughout the US, and hopefully Europe in the future. Some are great, some are just OK, and some have been put on our "never again" list. Blue Ridge Village is near the top of the wonderful list. Although the area is somewhat isolated, we thoroughly enjoyed our week there, and would most definitely return. The resort... More

We stayed in Unit 10 top floor. It was not a problem for us, but if you have any mobility issues, this floor is not be for you. We figure it is good exercise, but not much fun with suitcases. The unit was clean and view of pond is very nice. It is a long walk to the pool and... More

We were looking for a good place to get away with our friends and decided on the Blue Ridge Village Resort by Festiva. This was our first visit and so we were unsure what to expect. What a pleasant surprise! The two bedroom unit that we had was so spacious and charming. The kitchen was modern in every respect with... More

My husband and 6 year old daughter enjoyed Blue Ridge Village over the Memorial Day holiday. The resort is exactly as described in the photos. Families will really enjoy the grounds as there is a pond for fishing, paddle boats, tennis, putt putt, an indoor pool and ducks/mallards out and about enjoying the grounds. Check in was easy and we... More

We really enjoy this place..... heated pool, lake for fishing, mini golf, tennis, clean rooms and good location. Enjoyable for all ages except for the steps while unloading at our age. We had a full kitchen and fireplace that we enjoyed during our "down time".
