Had a great time...again! This is a timeshare resort but the units are rented out when they aren't occupied by owners. It is nearing completion of updates and the new decor is very nice. Units are clean and it's located in a beautiful area with views of Grandfather Mountain and Sugar Mountain. The pool is open until midnight. A short... More

We have been going here for 18 years. Have seen them go through 2 different owners. All the changes that have been made have been positive ones. We prefer the units with upstairs master bedroom. The cathedral ceilings make it feel so open. We love the fireplace in each unit and the balcony. We have stayed in several different seasons... More

This was our fourth visit to Blue Ridge Village. The resort has now added two cabins. One has three bedrooms and the other has two. We stayed in the two bedroom cabin and really enjoyed our stay. The lower level houses the master bedroom and sitting area (two chairs and a small table between them), a gas log fireplace, Bose... More

Everything was nice. The place is a bit dated but still had all we needed. The hills created a challenge in the snow not because they were slippery but because they plowed only 1-1/2 lanes and when one car goes up you need to back-up or wait for the other car to pass. It should not be listed as a... More

The renovated units look nice and the close proximity to stores, restaurants and ski slopes is a plus. Also appreciated the WiFi and the flat screen TVs. Now for the cons: Walls and ceilings are paper thin - you can hear everything that your neighbors are doing and it makes for an especially unpleasant experience when your upstairs neighbors have... We have been to Blue Ridge Village 2 times. Once we went as a couple, and the next time we brought family members with us. Each time we had a 2 bedroom unit. I have to say we were a little hesitant upon seeing the outside of the units but once we got inside we were totally surprised. The two-bedrooms... More

We had 3 adults staying two nights and only spent evenings in the room. Our room was a 1 bedroom condo. Small kitchen, small dining table (seating for 4) 2 small stools at counter/bar, pull out sofa and a chair. The bedroom is quite large with a king size bed and Chair. The bathroom has a sink with small amount... More

We were a little bit concerned after reading some of the negative reviews about this location but, were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The night security staff checked us in as we arrived after hours and they were very courteous and friendly. The room was clean and had most of the pots, pans, utensils, etc. needed for cooking. The... More

We spent a couple of days with our daughter and her family at Blue Ridge Village last week. The condo was beautiful and clean with updated furnishings and a lovely kitchen featuring granite counter tops. This unit was a little off, past the room service department, on the ground level. It was very private and had a small patio facing... More

My wife and I spent a delightful week last month at this high country resort near the famed ski areas of Sugar and Beech Mountains. The remodeled room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. We particularly enjoyed the small lake on the property and the large indoor pool at the registration building. The fresh mountain air and serenity... More
