We stayed at Blue Ridge Village April 26th to May 3rd, family consist of two adult and 3 kids ages 18 months, 10 & 12 years old. Overall we loved the location, lots to do in the surrounding areas with plenty of activities to keep the whole family entertained. There were a few minor issues with the accommodation but no... 2 bedroom unit was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our Balcony overlooked a small stream. Resort has tennis courts, basketball, badminton net, fire pit area, fishing and paddleboats on pond , several playgrounds and grills throughout. Property is well maintained and has quite a few benches scattered throughout. Large indoor swimming pool. Staff very pleasant. Close to Grandfather Mt., blue... More

Beautiful clean and spacious condo. So many activities to choose from at the condo. Year round fun in the mountains, hiking, skiing, shopping. Lots of waterfalls and caves/caverns. Beautiful scenery. Wifi very spotty in rooms but at the clubhouse there were no issues at all. The condos have 2 to 3 floors, very rustic, no elevators. Grocery store within .7... More

First of all, this is a timeshare, not a hotel! We had a nice two bedroom unit that sleeps 8. Unit is nice with no issues and even has a gas fireplace which will warm the den very nicely. Amenities are adequate though the sauna is a joke and the Internet access is spotty at best (reception did say that... More

Blue Ridge Village is in the town of Banner Elk, making it anywhere from 20 to 35 minutes from most of the actual attractions in the area. Banner Elk itself is a very small town which has quite limited restaurants, shops, etc., but still provides the basics in terms of supermarkets and one or two decent restaurants within 5 or... More

Spent three nights in a two Bdr unit. We were just an 8 minute drive from Sugar Mountain lifts. I was with wife, grandson & friend of his. Master Bdr had king and large bathroom. Second Bdr had two double beds and nice bath. Had gas fireplace in living room. Kitchen was well equipped. I am 73 & at Sugar... More

We booked a 1 bedroom studio condo through bookit.com. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the condo was. It had cozy decor, a gas fireplace, full kitchen, and very comfortable bed! It is 5 minutes from Sugar mountain and Grandfather mountain. If you love the mountains, this is a great place to rent any time of year. We are... More

Amenities were nice, the suite came with a nice fire place and excellent views. The staff was very helpful and the location was central to all the neighboring ski spots. Wifi was a bit annoying as it kept going in and out, but on vacation that's not such a big deal. I would highly recommend visiting.

We were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable our 2 bedroom cabin was. We were checked in rather quickly and the room was very cozy with a beautiful fireplace that my kids could turn on and off by itself. The indoor swimming pool was also a great perk. We went for skiing and Sugar Mountain was 1.3 miles from the hotel.... More

We were looking for a chance to get away for leaf peeping. This resort was great. It is located among quaint mountain villages (Blowing Rock) and nearby Boone, NC offers the "big city" stores and amenities. There are several hiking trails in the area and the Blue Ridge Parkway is a window on nature. Our check-in helpers were polite and... More
