We stayed here for a quick weekend trip to NYC for my friend's bday. We wanted a clean, safe, convenient, hotel with the basics and this place was perfect. The rooms were small ( but from what I understand ALL nyc hotels are) but updated, clean, and comfortable. The subway is a short block and.a half away and we made... More

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of a trip to the US. We were assigned a small room in the basement with no windows, next to the laundry. We were awoken at regular intervals during the night by staff working in the laundry, loudly. A complaint to reception was met with "they have to do their jobs" and... More

This hotel looked kind of shabby on the outside, but inside it was clean, and the rooms seem newly renovated. The room size was more spacious than I had expected, and it was equipped with a hair dryer, a small fridge, cable television with HBO, and an ironing board with iron. There was also a writing desk and a decent... More

I stayed here about 6 months ago but hadn't got around to writing a review. I chose this hotel based on location and the fact that as it was a newer building i thought it would be wel maintained. On entering the lobby it appeared to be clean but when i got into the room i realised how wrong i... More

Stayed at this hotel for one night and ended up with multiple bedbug bites. Room looked clean, though bathroom sink had some hair and headboard fingerprint marks.... Breakfast was cheap and unhealthy and sound isolation in the room was very poor.

I had to spend one night in NYC so I checked some hotels in the area and I found that travellers made good comments on this hotel. My experience was totally awful I should say. Everything looked very much OK when I checked in. The room seemed to be clean and the staff were nice. However, when I was about... More

I needed to find a place close to where my daughter was living in Woodside. The Quality Inn was a 7 minute walk away. The Inn is relatively new. I stayed for five nights; the room had 2 double beds. The furnishings were fine. The room looked clean. There was one hair, which was never removed, on the wall in... More

I stayed at this hotel for 11 nights in June. I chose it based on tripadvisor reviews and because I figured it was worth a gamble given the competitive rates! As a solo female first time visitor to NYC safety was a consideration and I cannot recommend this hotel and its surrounding area highly enough in this regard: I felt... More

Nice clean hotel. 1 block from the 7 train. Parking is not great but is free. Room small but nice I just spent time sleeping there. Breakfast was limited. It felt like the donuts were a day old. I would stay there again without a problem. Neighborhood was safe. Recommend it without hesitation.

This was my 3rd time coming to this hotel and I always have a great time. Service was great, breakfest was simple with bagels and eggs and others, NO BED BUGS AT ALL!!!! And its close to the 7 train and Boston Market around the area
