I stayed here the second week in March this year, and had a great stay. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our trip, as we were out from early in the morning to late at night and we don't need to be in them for long, only for sleep. The breakfast offered is great; the usual spread of... More

My family and I stayed here for one night in February. There is little parking in the back, but we had no problems finding a spot in the early afternoon when we arrived. By the time we had returned in the evening though, the lot was completely full (luckily we left our car there to venture out in the city... More

I thought this hotel was perfect and suited all our needs. Stayed in mid February 2012. Room was clean, comfortable and suitably decorated. TV, several drawers, desk, nice bathroom. I forgot my toothbrush and got a scrape on my foot, and they carry toothbrushes and bandaids for guests at the front desk so that was nice. We were right by... More

October 2011 had me travel to New York City. I had been in and out of New York City for 20 years, and even called New York City my home for a few years, but this was going to be my first return since 1998, so I wanted to pick a property in a location that would make me feel... More

Good clean rooms, decent location (5 minute walk to restaurants and laundromat). Rooms are very spacious by NY standards. Bathrooms are sparkling clean except for wear stains on the silicone linings on the bathtub. If you wake up late, do not expect much food left on the breakfast buffet, and you wont find any seats, since there are only 3... More

Our double room spacious and clean with comfortable beds and a great shower. The breakfast is standard Choice Hotels' fair but with delicious bagels. The staff is friendly and helpful enough. It's 20 minutes to Times Square via the 7 train. Very convenient. The Woodside neighborhood seems quite safe and offers a variety of restaurants, bars, grocery stores and shops.... More

Visited this hotel in November for NYC city-trip, travelling from Europe. This hotel offers good value for money when visiting New York. Main advantages of this hotel are the location and its price. The hotel is located close to a 7-line subway stop (5 minutes walk). In about 15-20 minutes the 7-line takes you to Times Square. I didn't feel... More

Do not expect a great accommodation, the bedrooms are rather small, and out dated but clean. We had bad luck because our room was located right next to the vending machine, and apparently people have the need for candy at any possible time during the night!! For a person sensitive to noise ( like me) this might be a big... More

After having read some of the negative reviews on TripAdvisor, I was a little worried about what to expect upon arrival at the Quality Inn Woodside. However, since we (my husband & I) were only using the hotel as a base to visit Manhattan, we went ahead with the booking. Here are the key points from our 4 night stay:... More

Excepting from the space for breakfast that was very small, everything else was very good, specially the pillows and matress
