Great wee hotel for the price! Clean and tidy at all times. The breakfast area is small but well stocked. We ate in our room. The door for our room was not too sound proof and could hear any chat in the hallway word for word at all times but that wasn't too much of a problem. The bed was... More

My husband and I booked a room on August 17 because we needed to be out of our apartment, which is 2 blocks away, for one night. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot and the bathroom clean. We were on the 4th floor back near the elevator and it was not noisy. The breakfast quality was just ok, though... More

there was nothing outstanding about this hotel considering the nightly rate. If you are looking for something very basic, yet clean and accessible, this is your place. We were a bit turned off my the night star. Who was very rude, didn't make eye contact with us and responded with one and two word answers. The morning staff were slightly... More

My fiancee and drove 5 hours in the rain for a day of fun in NYC. When we arrived the awful clerk (he said he was the owner) claimed our credit card was declined. In a rush, we called the bank who assured us the credit card was just fine, and the person at the vendor must have been sending... More

I agree with the last reviewer that although the staff is polite, you just feel like an irrelevant transaction. It is what it is, but I think that says something considering NY budget hotels and zero hospitality is a personal peeve of mine. Otherwise, I didn't have many complaints. The room was clean, no Wifi problems. The subway is just... More

Cheap rates, close to Manhattan and train station First come first served for complementary parking. Bed sheets clean. Little blood stains on the comforter (nothing really obvious though) No caring for customers at front desk. Polite but nothing more. Bathroom cleanliness to be reviewed. Lots of hair in the shower, sink, in towels (which are greyish)stained curtains. We could see... More

While I hesitate to write bad reviews, this hotel warrants my input. I have stayed at this hotel three times over the last 4 years and have seen this hotel rapidly decline. As a convenient location for traveling to the us open tennis tourney, it was an inexpensive quality hotel 4 years ago. This year: Worst front desk service ever... More

Stayed in Quality Inn woodside for a week in the month of May 2014. reasonable on price and service. found basic amenities in place. the dining area for breakfast is slightly small and get crowded during the mornings. that could be an improvement. rooms are adequately furnished and front desk staff is also courteous. Given that location is woodside, the... More

This was an average to poor quality hotel -- it has an elevator but for most of the day they hang an "out of order" sign on it so that you don't use it! I complained about this and they said it wasn't working properly, but then another time they did let us use it and everything was fine --... More

Good Hotel and as it is a bit out of the way it is cheaper than the overpriced Manhattan places. Subway is 5 minutes walking distance with a straight line (20min) to Time Square, so you will not find its location problematic. The area in which the hotel is located looks safe. There are a good number of mid-class restaurants... More
