We stayed at the Thompson House for one night to ski Windham. The room was a nice size for a family of 4. We took advantage of the free shuttle to the mountain and the ski vouchers. The staff there was very friendly and made us feel at home. It was a motel with the feeling of a bed-n-breakfast. We... More

Our 2-night stay at Evergreen at the Thompson House for our first visit to Windham Mountain was terrific. We stayed in a deluxe room with 2 double beds, which was fine for our family of 3. The room was spacious, with a huge walk-in closet that also accommodated a small/midsize refrigerator, as well as a sitting area with a sofa... More

I’m not used to write reviews since most of my business stays are in big hotels, where the service is very impersonal, rooms are dirty and you are another paying guest. However, the Thompson House is different. The environment is very familiar, service very personal, courteous and respectful. Although the continental breakfast was a little late for my work itinerary,... More

When we checked in and the owner overheard it was my birthday, he upgraded our room (no charge). We arrived after nine and were nervous there wouldn't be a place to eat,... More

I believe our 6th year in a row here. We have never been disappointed. Loved the new rug and sofa in our room this year and loved the addition of a TV in the main lounge area. Perfect set up for our trip with several famiies. The owners and all the workers are friendly and eager to accommodate. We will... More

This hotel provides small skii town charm while affording you with a clean and comfortable room and lots of fun seasonal extras like sledding and ice skating right on the property. We had a wonderful and easy stay here. There was a spacious mini fridge in the room (always nice when traveling with kids) and we found the staff to... More
