My girlfriend and I have just returned from a serene couple of days in the Catskills after a manic week in NYC. And the Catskill Lodge was the perfect tonic. Adam, one of the three brothers who own the B&B, consistently went above and beyond the call of duty in advising us on hikes and activities for the day, and... more

So this was a great experience for not only myself but all my friends as well. My friends and i stayed for two crazy nights and it was hard to drag ourselves away! Betsy the innkeeper Was awesome, She defiantly has some outstanding cooking skills! I'm talking about the apple pancakes! Hands down this is a place that caters to... more

My friends and I just came back from a long ski weekend at the Catskill Lodge, and we all love this place. The owners are the perfect hosts, making each guest feel like part of a family. The house is beautiful, with a warm woodstove in the living room, and the rooms have modern amenities to accommodate each guest (flatscreen... more

Incredible stay. The brothers who run the place are amazing people and gracious hosts. We went as a group and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were pleasant, the breakfast was terrific and there was an energy about the place that was fun and memorable. They set up a projector for movies and have DVD’s you can take to your... more

Our weekend at Catskill Lodge was a great escape from New York. The lodge owners are courteous and energetic, the accomodations were charming and cozy and the homemade breakfast and apres ski treats were a very pleasant surprise. I would definitely make a return trip to enjoy skiing, golf or just to relax. more

My wife and I have stayed in a few different Windham/Catskill establishments, generally with happy results, but this was by far the best experience. Imagine the Victorian home you've always wanted to live in, but with all the modern amenities, and you will have a good picture of this little inn. Yes, there are a few nicks in the woodwork,... more

The lodge exceeded our expectations. It is a charming and inviting bed and breakfast. The inn keepers are attentive to their guests and knowledgeable about the local attractions. We would highly reccommend this place to anyone. It is a great place to "get away" and enjoy the great outdoors. more

We were looking for fall foliage, and Becky, the innkeeper, assured us that we'd find it. We had a charming room on the second floor and enjoyed the view from the upstairs porch. Becky provided delicious, ample breakfasts and excellent suggestions for places to visit in the area. The lodge is quite near Hunter Mountain and must be excellent for... more

My wife and I stayed in the 3rd floor Suite with high expectations for her Birthday after reading some good reviews. Glad to report that they are all absolutely correct in every way. See photos. Our host Betsy was wonderful. We splurged and took the top floor two-bedroom suite. It has a turret-style sitting room with mountain views and a... more

We went Labor Day weekend and stayed 2 nights. The Esopus was great, with a super-soft comforter, soft mattress, and comfy pillows. The house itself is gorgeous, and breakfast was excellent; fresh, hardy, tasty. Over two days, we had omelets, scrambled eggs, waffles, fresh bread, and fruit. Our host was Dan: he waited for us, even past 10 PM, made... more
