We stayed in the 100 Acres section of the campground, the site was big enough, fairly private and lots of shaded area. The washroom/showers were extra clean which was a plus. This campground was really nice cozy place to stay. The area was beautiful right by the water and with trails and lots of things to see and do. If you're thinking about going to Lake placid/Whiteface, you must consider staying at this resort. Owners were very friendly, rooms clean, newly renovated. Stayed at the North Pole Resort the middle of October. People were great and so was the location for fishing and hunting and traveling around the area. Clean with refrigerator and microwave, worked great for our trip. Pet friendly. more
