stayed two nights before catching a flight at buffalo international airport so the shuttle service was a big thumbs up. I was a few weeks out of knee surgery and by myself and requested a first floor room but was put on second floor till after first night and was offered zero help from staff not even opening a door... Stayed here with friends as we found the hotel on the sleep, park, fly website. It wasn't worth the price. The room was questionable and they didn't tell us during check in to book our shuttle immediately. When we called after dinner to book the shuttle we were told that the first shuttle was booked and that we would have to wait... More

Would never ever stay here or recommend this place to my wrost enemy. We were scared to remove our shoes in or room. Door handles miss matched, the worst painting job ever, not clean, staff not friendly, overall should be tour down and rebuilt. Floors not even level. Big safety issues with plug ins theycare not even covered.

I stay at a lot of hotels/motels, for business and leisure, and this was certainly the least pleasant and low-end place I have stayed in several years. If you read my other reviews you will see that i have been very luckyband found some great places, and that almost all my reviews are positive and reflect good experiences. This review... More

Clean, comfortable, quiet, good airport location with airport shuttle. Affordable. Not much in the way of restaurants and shops in walking distance, but adequate. We ate at a Wendy's. We made use of the airport shuttle.

This hotel really disappointed me. The grounds are not maintained, the carpets are stained and the rooms are in tough shape as well. When I got into the room I found 3 light bulbs burned out, no chairs in the room and the AC did not work. Things set on the desk stuck there. Tried for 3 days to get... More

Stayed here last week to fly out of buffalo next am. Very basic, and much in need of new carpet. (Stained and very old) no elevators and that's a hassle with a family. Noise from other rooms was audible. Overpriced to go up to Queen beds. Not the best example for econlodge to show, but price was lower then almost... More

Flight was cancelled and needed a hotel for the night. Nothing fancy no thrills. Not the cleanest of places but for a bed it was decent. Quiet hotel. Cereals and waffles for breakfast. Situated only a 10mibuts drive from the airport. They offer a free shuttle service to ask at the airport. We didn't and paid $20 for a taxi.

I was a little worried after I made a reservation at this hotel and I read the other reviews. Yes, this hotel is older and needs some tlc, but the room was clean and the beds very comfortable and the AC worked great. We called the front desk regarding a problem with the lock on the door and maintenance responded... More

We stayed here for one night just to get away and do some shopping. The room was old and dated but you just watch a bit of t.v and sleep in the room, who cares. The t.v worked great, had a mini fridge and microwave in the room which was a nice added bonus. The bed was very comfy and... More
