We have stayed at this facility several times in the past and have always enjoyed it, but were quite disappointed this stay. We booked to stay in the Royal Suite which is generally great. We were very unhappy this time in that we were on the main floor and the suite is on the main floor. This meant that each... More

Dear Barbara- I would like to thank you for taking the time to let us know about your concern with the noise level from one of our facility rooms. You taking the time to let us know this had us rethink the location of the door to this particular room and we plan on having it moved ASAP. It is... More

Last week I visited the Salvatore's Grand Hotel for a special family occasion. We were greeted upon a very late arrival by Mark, the hotel manager, Throughout our stay, Mark was immediately accessible at any time and for any reason. He always had a smile and a friendly, pleasant, more than approachable, efficient demeanor. He arranged an event for my... More

It wasn't at all the elegant hotel I thought it would be - Average, off the freeway hotel (really more like a three story motel). Check-In Staff were not friendly at all - our room looked out onto construction. The outside is nicer than the inside. Would never stay here again - very expensive for the type of hotel and... More

Certainly I would like to respond that we are as disappointed as you are that you did not enjoy our hotel. Your comments are to vague for any other response, with the exception that I can clarify some of them for others. We are a 5 story hotel located of Transit Road not the Freeway. And the construction is not... More

The hotel was amazing from booking to leaving. Staff were so polite and helpful. Take a walk to Mr. SALVADOR memorial park in front of the hotel but be prepared with a tissue. The building was spot less and the rooms were even cleaner. The hall ways are extra wide and we'll looked after. Our room had a huge jacuzzi... More

Stayed several times and we are never disappointed. Rooms spotlessly clean and beds really comfortable. Convenient location for shopping and airport. Staff very friendly and courteous. Keep up the great work!

We did the dinner for two and both upgraded to the filet dinner- Excellent! I got potatoes deJour as the side and they were excellent as well. We got our dessert to go-... More

I came here on a business trip. I was pleased to find such a nice hotel. The owner likes to see his name everywhere, but I must say he has the right to be proud. The room was nicely appointed and very comfortable.

The finest accomadation we have ever experienced, and great comp. breakfast. Excelent dining along with a staff that obviously cares, all goes back too overall superior management. The price for our two night was fair too say the least. sincerely, Jim & Diane Clarke

We stayed in the Royal Suite to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and the three rooms were simply wonderful. Our suite was #524 and it was on the top floor, facing the nearby movie theater. Considering this hotel is somewhat close to the airport and near one of the busiest roads in Williamsville, we found the top floor very quiet... More
