I have stayed here several times and it has been clean and comfortable every time. The staff is always pleasant. I would stay here again. My only complaint is that it can be very loud. Everytime the air kicks on or someone takes a shower in an adjacent room, you definitely take notice! More

Holy cow!!! What a hotel for the price!! If you can get past possibly the gaudiest statues, marble and bad Italian furniture you will find the nicest rooms in town with some of the best staff I've met. The price makes it an amazing value! More

Now let's keep in mind that buffalo does not have any 4* hotels. It's was clean but green carpet screams of needing up date. It was reasonable priced and it had breakfast. It's one of the better hotels in the area. The decor was 80's American/ Italian but was kind of fun. More
