I have to say, after a looong flight from Asia, our room at the Ritz-Carlton Westchester was a god-send! Sooo beautiful, modern and elegant; cozy and relaxing. But I'd have to agree with the others that service, while adequate, didn't go above and beyond (especially considering the price). First the good: Check-in was a breeze and front desk staff were... more

I was forced to visit again because, frankly, there is no decent hotel in Westchester. I was shocked to find that service has not improved despite the complaints on Trip Advisor and elsewhere. To wit: I had a suite. When I checked in at night the maid had turned off the lamp near the door wo the wall switch would... more

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL RITZ. We usually love staying at Ritz Carltons because of the outstanding treatment we receive (once you arrive, they call you by name for the rest of your stay, every employee responds with "my pleasure") NOT here. We knew from the minute we arrived. It was... more

Awesome spot to enjoy the luxury of a Ritz-Carlton - and right now they are offering deals that make it an EXCELLENT value. Under 300 dollars a night for a one bedroom suite with some extra spa credit - we loved our three night stay and my wife made good use of the spa. The room is comfortable, modern, and... more

I decided to treat my husband really special for his 40th Birthday and I made reservations for us at the Ritz Carlton. This was the first time we ever stayed at a luxury hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful, the bathroom was huge and the inside rooftop pool was AWESOME!! The pool water was perfect... more

A very lovely experience in an excellent location. Top notch staff and services. Clean and friendly all around. We booked with Amex platnum which created a very good package at excellent value. Two nights felt like a lovely vacation. Many many restaurants in walking distance as is Barnes @ Noble, Macy's , Nordstrom, cinema -- and the list goes on.... more

I truly do not know how people had negative things to say about the staff. The hotel is gorgeous, you feel like you're at a vacation hotel, not a hotel in White Plains. The service was great, we were setting up our wedding guests at the hotel and their group sales team was very accomodating, constantly in touch with us... more

While the hotel is beautiful and up to Ritz Carlton standards, the service is the worst I have been greeted in a very long time. Snooty, argumentative, lackadaisical and overall lacking. We are regular Ritz Carlton guests and have stayed at various properties all over the country. I think corporately they would be mortified of how guests are treated: -When... more

I headed to the Ritz with my fiance back in March for the birth of my niece to be. My sister in law to be was in labor when we arrived at the Ritz. The hotel wasa very accomadating and helped us to quickly check in and get to White Plains Hospital. We traveled in style when staying at the... more
