While the hotel is beautiful and up to Ritz Carlton standards, the service is the worst I have been greeted in a very long time. Snooty, argumentative, lackadaisical and overall lacking. We are regular Ritz Carlton guests and have stayed at various properties all over the country. I think corporately they would be mortified of how guests are treated: -When... more

This is a physically beautiful hotel that is managed like a Days Inn. Problems: "Breakfast buffet consists of tiny bagles with cream cheese (no butter, no toaster), cold cereal, fruit and a few pastries. To get anything else you must flag down an attendant who disappears for long periods and fetches anything extra with a surprised sullen look and extremely... more

I headed to the Ritz with my fiance back in March for the birth of my niece to be. My sister in law to be was in labor when we arrived at the Ritz. The hotel wasa very accomadating and helped us to quickly check in and get to White Plains Hospital. We traveled in style when staying at the... more

The location is great. Right in downtown White Plains. Very walkable to movies, restaurants, shopping and to get around town. You can even walk to train station. The room was very nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was nice and loved the bathtub. Some small details missing though. No newspaper in the morning. No chocolate or turn down... more

We took our 2 young kids here for the night at the end of Easter break just for something fun to do. The pool was a big draw for them and BLT Steak was a big draw for me. Win win! Our suite was really lovely, LOTS of room with a king for us and pull-out couch for them. I... more

We stayed overnight on a Saturday as a girl's night out instead of going into the city and hopping in and out of taxis. I got a very reasonable room rate for a beautiful one bedroom suite for three women to share. The staff was warm and gracious from the moment we stepped through the door. They upgraded us without... more

I love everything about this hotel. Me and my boyfriend went there just to spend 1 night and it was obviously not enough. We were so pampered from start to end that we did not want to leave. Check in was fast and the guy at the front desk was really nice and polite, he walked us to the elevator.... more

I just returned from a weekend shopping trip in New York and stayed at the Ritz Carlton on my way home to Boston. The hotel was in a great location and close to shopping and Starbucks! The quality of the room was very spacious and clean. My room looked exactly like the picture on the website. The staff was extremely... more
