One of only two hotels on this stretch of beautiful beach. Was quoted $430 per night for an $89 style room ( paid $350 ). Room had 70's decor, broken light fixtures, stained carpets and broken, cheesy metal venetian blinds. Staff was nice, beach was beautiful. Lack of local competition allows this run down resort to gouge customers who want... more

First $400 a night for three people to stay in a room that sleeps 4--sure, it's on the beach, but on a Thursday night when the parking lot was empty you couldn't cut someone a break? Terrible service-for a while I thought teenagers were running the whole place. The room smelled aweful, it's outdated--more like a motel from a horror... more

I feel hesitant to recommend Dune Deck, even though I'm a repeat visitor. It's well run, impeccably clean, beautifully located, but with very basic rooms at a Hamptons price. The problem is that, seeing the price, you assume luxury, and it's not luxurious. You need low expectations, or, prior experience at other Hamptons hotels. Then you can enjoy the sand... more

I posted a review in 2006, returned in 2007 but was not able to get away in 2008. My family consisting of me, husband, 18 year old daughter, 21 year old son and his friend, stayed in 2 rooms in July 17-20th, this year. How lucky were we to get a chance to get away at this very special beach-front... more

I recently stayed at the Dune Deck for a wedding in Westhampton. We were able to check in early before the rehearsal which was huge given that it was 4th of July weekend. The rooms are big and comfortable but simple as this is a beach club. Our room was on the deck overlooking the pool and out onto the... more

This place was great! Perfect location, great food, great people, and comfortable accomodations. This is a beach club, so yes, the rooms are pretty basic. But they are spacious and the beds are super comfy. Our room was right off the pool with a patio where we could easily see the beach and neighboring deer. We were here for a... more

The staff was sooo friendly and helpful and got us in.Although the weather could have been better staying right on the ocean was great. The hotel is very layed back, rooms were clean, view was perfect. The other... more

we are an italian couple around 50. Avoid this hotel in any way: old, dirty, no service, rooms belong to different people, therefore it's not to be considered an "hotel". everything is rusty, out of order. The price is absurdely high: more than 500 dollars for a disgusting room: sheets were full of hair: it was 9 pm, we called... more

Okay - where to begin.... it's been four months since our stay, but after revisiting the reviews I have to speak out!! We were 4 couples staying here for a wedding we were attending in the area. Everything else was too pricey. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Great access to the beach. It seems at... more

Serene, clean and comfortable. Ocean views can't be beat. The chef of new Salt Water Grill located at the hotel is amazing. Staff is welcoming and pleasant. All and all perfect weekend get away. more
