Ive spent several long weekends and holidays at this resort over the last couple of years. There are many positives but also some negatives. Positives are the pool, the beach, the service, the friendly staff, wonderful events. negatives are too quiet at the pool, no music to enjoy daily unless its an occasion, the rooms are old and way too... I spent 2 nights at this resort for a wedding. The intention was to stay in the same building as the wedding party which didnt happen. My room was across the street by the tennis courts. Yes there was a small price difference but the convenience of the location would have been worth it. So my room was rugged and... More

This "resort" is actually comprised of 18 hotel-owned units (according to the attendant at the front desk) with the rest owned by individuals, so the room you get is a crap shoot, unless you know which one to ask for. We came as part of a big group with rooms segregated for us at a group rate. For that reason,... More

I know the summer season is over, but the place was deserted. No coffee anywhere in the hotel on Saturday morning. The girl at the desk told me to go into town for coffee. Not much of "resort" based on other resorts I've stayed in. I know you're paying for location, and it's right on the ocean, but the room... More

This was our first stay at The Bath & Tennis Resort. The room was cozy! We enjoyed the pool and the convenience of the Tiki bar. The staff was accommodating. The resort was close to town so we were able to find many places to have a nice meal. We would definitely go back again.

This was our 2nd time here and it really is such a great stay. We had a TravelZoo offer, so we did get a discount, but the visit was perfect. The rooms are average, you do have a mini kitchen with a fridge and microwave and coffee maker, but basic. If you give the lifeguards a few bucks at the... More

We were there in a August and stayed in room 927. Completely renovated with a small kitchen. High cathedral ceilings. Jacuzzi in bathroom. Overlooking the lovely marina. Beautiful beaches. Great tennis. Inexpensive for the Hamptons!

We had a lovely stay at The Bath & Tennis Hotel. The beach scene is terrific with nice guys setting up lounge chairs and umbrellas. The hotel itself was fine, albeit a bit pricey for a simple room. But you can't beat the location and we'd love to come back for another visit.

Just stayed here for a few days last week with my family. I did not read trip advisor until after I booked my reservation and really wish I would have read the reviews first. What a huge disappointment... While the location of this property is Amazing that is only thing this "resort" has going for it.. We stayed one night... More

The bed in room 912 was hideous. Concrete would have been more comfortable. After complaining to the front desk the answers were 'they are all the same beds, 'its a crapshoot which bed you get' and the lack of concern in fixing the situation was more than we could handle. After two horrible nites lack of sleep we decided to... More
