My wife and 2 other couples met at the Inn for a long weekend mid November this year. It was especially memorable because we had not seen each other for a year or so. This rendezvous was perfect for a reunion with our long lasting friends of 50 years plus. The rooms were finely appointed with many interesting antiques and... more

A greatly anticipated last minute one night getaway was much looked forward to - I diligently checked several sites and exhausted all resources to find a special and memorable 'splurge' treat in this area. After narrowing down to 2 beautiful inns - I chose the William Seward, mostly based on the reviews and the enticing website. In afterthought, I without... more

We stayed this past week on a Sunday evening and had a wonderful relaxng stay. Breakfast was wonderful. Jane, the Inn keeper was a delight to talk to and to hear her experience prior to owning the Inn was so interesting. We enjoyed coffee on the patio in the morning after our breakfast (try the waffles) and watched the wildlife... more

Recently my husband and I had the pleasure of visitng the William Seward Inn. Getting my husband to visit a B&B is always a challenge...the rooms are small, the common areas aren't comfortable and the food is limited. He was thrilled with the spaciousness of the inn - our jacuzzi room located in the attached carriage house was perfect. The... more

My wife and I spent four days at the inn, and enjoyed every minute of it. While it is located just few minutes from the interstate, the property is nestled away quietly between Lake Erie and Lake Chautauqua. We spent one night in the carriage house, enjoying the jacuzzi tub for two, and the other nights in the Seward room... more

My newly married wife and I recently had a "mini honeymoon" at the William Seward Inn. I spoke with the new Inn owners about doing a few extra nice little things for when we arrived inside the room, they were very helpful, professional and understanding. We arrived at about 10:00 p.m. and the staff was still there, awake and cheery,... more

I just returned from the William Seward Inn and had a wonderful time. Everything was warm and comfortable. Exceptionally clean throughout. The complimentary breakfast was fabulous. There were many things to choose from and the service was friendly and efficient. My room was large with a fireplace and great bed. Nicely decorated and cozy. The dinner was amazing. Great menu... more

The Inn was beautiful and comfortable. We celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary there. The breakfast was delicious and there was a great variety of food choices. The library has a varied selection of books and magazines that can be enjoyed any time with a cup of tea/coffee/coco and home made cookies. We will definitely return again!!! more

Last month we spend three nights at the William Seward Inn and enjoyed every minute of it. Innkeepers Debbie and Jim Dahlberg couldn't have been more accommodating and the historic house that once belonged to William Seward was perfect. Our room had a king-sized bed and large bathroom with a shower for two-fun! Our own private balcony was a lovely... more
