Staff was friendly and helpful. Smoothest and fastest check in of any hotel I've ever stayed in. Very nice room, super clean and comfy bed! Stated the night before Mother's Day, and was very pleased. Great location. Close to restaurants and malls.

The hotel was average but served our needs. The location was perfect for the family event. I have been in many Hiltons over the years and the service was average. This is not a complaint just an observation.

Good accomodations, central to various shopping and eating establishments. Courteous and energetic staff always available to answer questions. Clean rooms and lobby. Quiet atmosphere...accomodated my work schedule with room posistioning due to weddingds during the time of my stay

Our family of five recently stayed at this hotel in a junior suite and it was comfortable, clean and very relaxing. A large group of us stayed here for a wedding - which was held in another venue -- Although we arrived before regular check in, our rooms were ready when we got there; I am a Hilton Member and got upgraded to a suite. I enjoyed my stay at Hilton Garden Inn, the service I received was great from the people at the front desk to the cooks in the kitchen they made me feel like I was staying with family. The people who stand out are Matthew, Bryan, Ms. Peggy, Andrea, Nick, Louis, Ms. Patrica, Fernando and Maria in housekeeping.

We recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Westbury, NY. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and kind. The rooms were very spacious and extremely clean. If in the area again, we will stay again.
