The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The hotel is right off of I-90 and convenient to the interstate. I was traveling home from Toronto and this was a last minute pick but I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here Mar 7 when in town for one night for the Garth Concert. It was very accessible and quite nice. Nancy and Matt were manning the front desk for the night and they were very gracious, helpful and truly professional. Thanks to them for all their advice and help on getting downtown to the concert. Due to some event in the area, a bus delivered a crowd was loud and obnoxious (right across the hall from us). We were attending an out of town funeral and it didn't fit our mood. The service was great...very pleasant people at the front desk. The room was comfortable, but the shower in Room 516 was inadequate. No water pressure. I would probably stay again, but would ask to check out the room first.

Extremely great hotel - other than the lack of breakfast and closing early..... food ran out constantly and the female attendant had to be asked by numerous guests to bring food out.... this is definitely not like a Hampton Inn..

Let's face it, this isn't a 5 star hotel, but it is a good, decent place to stay, and good value for money. There is hot breakfast every morning. The room was excellent, great value, clean, nice amenities, etc. Hot Tub was broken, though. The only real issue I have is that the address doesn't work to get you to the entrance when using GPS. This made it difficult to get into the first time at night.

Staff doesn't care about customers, Mattress is a killer. There is not enough parking space and the temperature of the hotel is low for the weather. The pool was completely greasy and salty. They did not provide with blankets to my kids.
