If you want to relax then this is the place. Our courtyard room looked out to never ending scrub with our patio area having not only a table and chairs but 2 low boys to lay on. There is a dvd collection and complimentary coffee, tea, fruit and pastries to enjoy throughout day by the fireplace or outside in the... More

We recently stayed for 4 nights at this resort and it is a great place to stay. The staff are friendly and attentive, the food was good, although the there was no dinner meals available for the period of our stay. Breakfast was good, great selection and good coffee. We had lunch, the menu was very upmarket and the portions... More

We stayed here from a Monday to Thursday and it was just so peaceful and quiet. There was a fantastic fireplace to snuggle up and read a book and the staff were lovely. Dave looked after us well and it felt like a home away from home. The rooms were beautifully appointed and the grounds kept immaculate. I really liked... More

We had a very nice stay at Windmills Break, it is very comfortable with lovely breakfasts and close to all the attractions of Margaret River area. Our room was on the road side which we found noisy due to traffic. It is possible to park the car by the room which is great for unloading the luggage. The gardens and... More

This was our second stay at this lovely spot, 2 nights for Leeuwin Estate concert. Room great, breakfast delicious; BUT no electric jug in room and still not supplied 6 hours later despite request. Returned to room to discover no fresh towels supplied either! Come on guys, don't spoil an otherwise excellent experience!

Stayed for two nights break and very impressed with room facilities. Everything you could need provided. Pool very peaceful and picture perfect (except for wasp nest in deep end corner)! Breakfast good with cooked option very edible. Only disappointment was lack of restaurant facilities for evening meal. Ended up bringing cheese and wine back and eating in garden in evening.... We stayed in a deluxe courtyard room for 3 nights. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Towels were big and clean. Aircon was new and functional. The room however did seem small for Australian standards and the bathrooms had a very business hotel feel to it rather than the homeliness of a boutique hotel. The front desk was... More

Unfortunately this lovely hotel which describes itself as child free allows children visiting for lunch to use the facilities eg the pool and gardens. This is from 1 to 5. This means noise, splashing ect, all things we want to get away from. Our children are left at home. Such a shame and we will not be returning for this... More

We had a bit of a bad start at Windmills Break. When we walked into our room, it had an overwhelming stench. We really couldn't stand it, so went and told reception. To the owner's credit, he moved us into another room straight away (he later told us something had died in the roof), but I'm really surprised none of... More

A perfect location and a gorgeous sanctuary to relax and unwind after exploring the region. High quality facilities, great personalised service, a tasty breakfast included, pool and tennis court fabulous. Rooms are exceptional, separate media room and garden outlooks away from any traffic noise. Would highly recommend staying. So close to all great wineries and attractions.
