We stayed for 3 nights at the family villa during Chinese New Year. The resort is fantastic - the villa is self sufficient with everything (cooling utensils, cutlery toiletries, washing machine, laundry dryer, hair dryer, kettle, fridge, oven, cutlery washer, TV). The dedicated parking lot is host right beside the villa and there's evem a gas operated BBQ pit in... More

Had the pleasure of spending three days at Smiths Beach Resort. Units were modern and well appointed, and very spacious. Only faults I could pick were that I was able to find an iron, but no ironing board, and that the bathroom had no soap dish holder. Apart from that, it was a really enjoyable place to stay, within spitting... More

The location near the beach is fantastic! We stayed in a beach shack and loved it! Staff was very helpful and offered great advise. The location is remote and Internet availability is very spotty.... Beach shack itself was good...getting a little tired in the bath...needs a paint and update. Nothing that bothers us too much. Location was ideal for a... More

Firstly this part of WA is a must to visit. Bit of a trek to get there but this particular area around Yallingup is just wonderful for a real get away. Then this modern resort is literally beside a beautiful coastline. We were staying twice for work and stayed in the more basic lodges, however these were modern, very comfortable,... More

I stayed at Smith's Beach resort during December 2015 in a two bedroom beach shack. Having read on the website that this is a first class resort our expectations were immediately set. The positive points to note about Smith's beach resort are the location is fantastic, situated next to the beach and within easy reach of a variety of vineyards... More

Great location and excellent facilities. We stayed in a beach shack with a number of families and couldn't ask for a better holiday. The beach shacks are well maintained and equipped with everything you need. Even though we were here over the Christmas/new year period it was still really quiet and peaceful.

The resort is located behind the sand dunes of one of the best beaches we have ever seen. Awesome! The apartment was ok but lacked attention to detail in terms of what you would expect from a 5 star self contained apartment. 3 wine glasses and 2 small drinking glasses were an example. We were washing constantly because the kitchen... More

Awesome place to stay, everything you need is there. Out of town but nice and quiet and there is a restaurant and deli onsite. Great amenities and service. Close to Margaret river and wineries as well as other attractions

Be warned that you need a car if you are staying here. So worth a visit as it is a truly beautiful location, so peaceful and quiet. The staff were outstanding and went out of there way to help us with car hire, directions and places to visit with a young child. Down side is that the internet is slower... More

Located 2 mins away from beautiful, vast & clean beach. We loved to have morning walks here, and kids loved to roll in the sand dunes. We stayed in the beach shack for 4 nights. It was very comfortable. Bathroom is too small though, felt they squeezed in way too much in there (eg. washing machine). It was helpful having... More

So pleased you enjoyed your visit to The Margaret River Region. May I suggest our Villa’s for any future stays as they offer very spacious bathrooms with freestanding soaking bathtubs and separate room laundries. We were disappointed to learn that your room barbeque did not meet expectations. I have discussed your feedback with our Head Housekeeper. We normally pride ourselves... More
