We stayed at Chalet 3. Great spa with awesome forrest view, floor to ceiling glass. Fantastic couch, very comfortable. Lounge tv could be bigger, mattress in bed softer, pillow a bit better quality for bed. Also would be good to have some board games or cards in the house or a fire place for winter. Other than that I give... More

We stayed at Chandeliers on Abbey for a very rare child-free weekend. The location is beautiful and the chalet itself was immaculate and very luxurious. We chose Chandeliers as it is very central to the wineries and restaurants we wanted to visit. By far the highlight is the spa bath which has an amazing view of the property. Would highly... More

the pictures look nice but don't be fooled into staying here. the new owners have no concept of luxury accommodation and the product offering is sub standard for the prices charged some of the furniture and fittings are dated - definitely not 5 or 6 star avoid at all cost!

We recently stayed at this place for a couple of nights and felt rather disappointed. The track leading to our accommodation is a challenge to drive up, a steep gravel track. Upon entering the accommodation we could see that once upon a time it would have been grand and worth the expensive price tag. Found mouse droppings on top of... More

Chandeliers on Abbey has come under new ownership in September 2014. As new owners we pride ourselves on ensuring that our luxury accommodation will meet all our guest's expectations. We have ensured all chalets are cleaned to a high standard and all advertised amenities are in working order. It is such a shame that your visit in March did not... More

Stayed for the long weekend and this was the best accommodation we have stayed in so far. Walked in and was struck at how spacious the property was- huge bathroom with a sunken bath, large living room with large windows overlooking the bush. The best part was the extremely comfortable bed - very difficult getting out of! My only suggestion... More

My husband and I spent 5 truly peaceful and indulgent nights at Chandeliers. We initially booked for 4 nights but extended for 1 more because we couldn't tear ourselves away back to reality. The absolute serenity is amazing, watching beautiful sentinel roos grazing to a cacophony of bird call a prime example of Australian nature at it's vey best. Surrounded... More

My husband and I first stayed at Chandeliers for our wedding back in January 2008 and absolutely loved it, which is why we returned this time to celebrate our fifth wedding anniversary. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed this time & will not be returning to Chandeliers. - Our biggest gripe was the number of spiders in the rooms and clearly... More

Had another wonderful couple of days at Chandeliers. Although it is only a 10 minute drive from our house, it seems worlds away. One of the best bathrooms I have seen and the beds are very comfortable. We always plan to get out and about but find it hard to leave the wonderful cottages Thanks again Jodie

We had a getaway to the southwest for our anniversary this July and I chose the Plunge Retreat, the most expensive, specifically for the plunge pool on the decking. Now if this is not intended for use during the winter months, then what are we paying the extra for and why are you not told that? When we arrived, keen... More

We stayed here over the Easter break to celebrate our anniversary. The chalets are out of sight from each other but they do overlook the road a little. Inside they are modern and spacious with a great sound system, big TV and an awesome U shaped couch. The fridge was stocked with fresh milk and OJ, plus some eggs and... More
