My bf and I decided to buy a Scoopon for a 5D/4N stay here. First of all, the resort was quite easy to find as it was just off Caves road! We were greeted by a member of staff at the reception who was very friendly. He gave us a quick introduction to the area and explained how to get... More

Seven adults in adjoining chalets - great space for our group. Well equipped kitchen in each chalet a double and a twin bedroom, lots of wardrobe space. Spacious wrap around verandah with outdoor furniture. Local wildlife came to visit and kookaburras took food from our hands! Would certainly recommend.

Stayed 4 nights in a 2-bedroom cabin with a friend and her husband. We had cabin 17B which was almost to the end of the dirt road drive, lovely and quiet. The floors and whole structure were of wood so noise from the next door cabin can be heard clearly, We were lucky as there was a changeover next door... More

The chalet is very clean, tidy and comfortable. The area is quite, surrounded by trees with fresh air and birds. It only takes a short drive to the shops, beaches, cave, lighthouse and etc. Hui & Tang from Perth

One of the cleanest and well kept and well laid out places I have ever stayed at. We stayed with another family and having the separate chalets but with interconnecting internal doors was excellent. The only negative is the lack of aircon on hot days but it does cool down quite quickly with the windows open and fans on. This... More

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at the Yallingup Resort. We'll be going back again for sure. The resort is in a great location, handy for all the different attractions in the whole of the South West. The chalets provide exactly what you need as a base to explore the area. Clean, well furnished and with good outdoor space... More

Lovely stay for our family of four. The 7a chalet was extremely clean and inviting. Large veranda surrounds, offering another spot to chill out enjoying the surrounding trees and wildlife. It is duplex style for each chalet, sharing a common wall, however we were lucky not to have any neighbours. After speaking with the owner James, he mentioned whenever possible... More

This place is so quiet, you could almost be alone. When We visited here we were looking to get away from all the busyness of life and this place certainly gave us that impression. The one bedroom chalet that we had was clean and had everything we needed. I love the fact that they are also very eco-concious but not... More

We stayed at Yallingup Forrest retreat for three nights recently and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The chalets were more like Queenslander style houses with lovely big verandas overlooking the forrest and were clean and very pleasant to stay in. We even saw possums on the veranda one night. Very central for the wineries and walking distance to a nice... More

We took 3 chalets at the Forest Resort for a family week away in late May. The accommodation was fine (basic but spacious ) and a suitable base for the exploration of the Margaret River region. The natural Forest surrounds also provided plenty of opportunity to commune with nature and enjoy bush walks. The biggest problem was the unsuitability of... More

Dear Daniel Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us back in May. You raise valid points regarding the heating and the verandahs, both of which have been addressed over winter. Heating has been upgraded in every chalet by placing larger gas heaters in the main living areas along with new fire guards for the safety... More
