Keep driving. The restaurant meal was awful and the room was very old. Tiles off the floor of shower, cracked basin, rust marks down shower. For the little sleep I got in a very uncomfortable bed I should have just driven on. The rooms were very dark other than the outside lights that light the whole room up. A lot... More

Don't even think about staying here. We were highly recommended this place by the visitors centre. Maybe they don't get out much. The room was probably nice in the 70's. Bad bed, bad decor, bad lighting except of course from the outside light which lit up the entire room until 11.30pm. Bathroom was suited to that of a run down... More

We had no option as we booked in the last moment for easter holidays. Stayed for 3 nights. Liked the location very much. Their restaurant is very nice but super slow. Order and wait at least for an hour on a busy night. The sink had blockage. Complained and got a new room. But the water drainage was still slow.... More

Not a place to get excited about, and even at $100 per night it was not good value. Something out of the 50's given a coat of paint. It was less then basic, with a one bar heater, windows that didn't lock, vertical blinds that couldn't quite cover all the glass, old style box TV, missing tiles on shower floor.... More

TERRIBLE: * Overpriced (would be better suited to $50.00 or $60.00 per night * Dirty - BUGS EVERYWHERE (living & dead) * Beds - both had broken springs, way too soft, sagged in the middle & you can't sit up because of shelves behind the bedhead (Need replacing) * Bathroom - Old no hand basin in the bathroom, tiles missing,... I paid for a famliy room which was $145/night.. Thank god I was only staying for one night. First impression from the outside was, I wish I didn't pay a deposit, it just got worse from there! First thing I noticed was the smell of the room & also hundreds of tiny little holes in the walls. And the wimdow sil... More

We booked a three night stay, going by the lovely website, but dont be fooled, the place is not good. We ended up getting our money back for the remaining two nights. It is rundown, old and in need of some serious money being spent on it. It was clean but that is the only thing i can be positive... More

It cost $100 for a night, but was only worth $50. A bleak brick room desperately in need of maintenance (such as fixing the window locks).

We had two meals with friends, and a friendly game of darts with the locals! The steak, service, heating was all superb, but they could do a little work on their kids menu and kid friendly facilities!
