If you are in Walpole of an evening and want a sit down meal... You have no choice!!! Luckily the food was nice. The salad bar a bit light on but all edible. A bit pricy, but then running a restaurant in Walpole can't be a goldmine. We had sole and veal. If recommend the sole

We stayed here for one night we should have stayed longer the room was great, the price was low and there was everything that you could need. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and the food was great top quality and good value. We walked to the pizza shop for dinner. From our room we could see the park... More

We didn't stay here but had dinner. Restaurant Looks like a fairly newish addition to the side of the pub. The view form the dining area is quite nice and they had a wood fire burning in the centre. So first impressions weren't too bad, however we waited over an hour for our meals. Had steak which cost Perth prices... More

We have not stayed at this facility, but have had good fish and chips there a few times. The restaurant overlooks the inlet and is very spacious. In winter there is a lovely wood fired heater. Last time we visited there was only one woman doing the cooking and she turned out the meals in good time. It's certainly not... More

Keep driving. The restaurant meal was awful and the room was very old. Tiles off the floor of shower, cracked basin, rust marks down shower. For the little sleep I got in a very uncomfortable bed I should have just driven on. The rooms were very dark other than the outside lights that light the whole room up. A lot... More

Don't even think about staying here. We were highly recommended this place by the visitors centre. Maybe they don't get out much. The room was probably nice in the 70's. Bad bed, bad decor, bad lighting except of course from the outside light which lit up the entire room until 11.30pm. Bathroom was suited to that of a run down... More

We had no option as we booked in the last moment for easter holidays. Stayed for 3 nights. Liked the location very much. Their restaurant is very nice but super slow. Order and wait at least for an hour on a busy night. The sink had blockage. Complained and got a new room. But the water drainage was still slow.... More

Not a place to get excited about, and even at $100 per night it was not good value. Something out of the 50's given a coat of paint. It was less then basic, with a one bar heater, windows that didn't lock, vertical blinds that couldn't quite cover all the glass, old style box TV, missing tiles on shower floor.... More

TERRIBLE: * Overpriced (would be better suited to $50.00 or $60.00 per night * Dirty - BUGS EVERYWHERE (living & dead) * Beds - both had broken springs, way too soft, sagged in the middle & you can't sit up because of shelves behind the bedhead (Need replacing) * Bathroom - Old no hand basin in the bathroom, tiles missing,...
