On our way back south we were planning to stay a few days here and in Denmark also. We only booked for one night but ended up staying three and would've stayed four if we didn't have a schedule. This is a top spot with every site amongst the peppermint trees. Consequently, you are well sheltered from any strong winds.... More

Stayed at this caravan park for five nights. The caravan park is very nice and leafy and protected from the wind and harsh sun. The caravan park has good facilities i.e. Kitchen, laundry, bbq facilities. There is a nice room to watch tv. The caravan park is meters away from the Walpole inlet. There are so very modern toilet and... More

Stayed at this park for 2 days but it was raining very heavy but even though we didn't see it at it's best it was still lovely. It is a very shady park very close to the beach and has good access for large Motorhomes to park up. The amenities are basic but clean and the showers work well and... More

This park reminds me of 'old school' caravan parks - large, shady sites with a family friendly atmosphere. It offers facilities such as a games room, campers kitchens, and playground and also runs family movie nights. A very quiet and relaxing play to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Coalmine Beach Holiday Park. Using this as a base there is so much to explore in the region. Having said that, the caravan site wasn't perfect. A blocked drain that required excavation across the front our site was an inconvenience. The smell from the drain was plain offensive and we had to deal... More

We are staying in this park now. It is so peaceful, even in the middle of school holidays! Lots of beautiful shady peppermint trees, each site has shade at some time of day. Whilst you can hear children playing which sounds lovely, you are not packed on top of each other and therefore the noise is not intrusive. The showers... More

we stayed at coalmine beach caravan in our camper trailer for six nights and found it very peaceful with good facilities. The many trees provide privacy between sites and great protection from any wind, which is so important when you are under canvas. We also enjoyed many close encounters with birds and kangaroos. There are many lovely walks you can... More

One of the best places we have stayed in a month of travelling around WA in a campervan. The park is really well laid out, with lots of spacious, and spaced-out, shaded sites which were quiet and felt quite private. And the whole site felt really quiet and peaceful, with abundant birdlife including kookaburras, black cockatoos, ringneck, honeyeaters, robins and... More

Location was beautiful and park had lots of facilities. Deluxe cabins very clean. Take breakfast and other food supplies with you as nothing is sold on site. We booked as part of a large group but none of the bedding supplies had been delivered to cabins which caused a hold up and confusion when everyone arrived at once. Standard cabins... More

On arrival the managers couldn't have been more helpful with accommodating us with our requests and then informing us of what to see and do in the area. The park is great, leafy with plenty of large and drive through sites. Cable is required for the Tele which you can hire for $20 deposit. Amenities are clean. Open fires to... More
