I like this place, why there's a continental breakfast with a greeter who makes waffles for you, the other staff are friendly, the room is standard and fine, with a little fridge and microwave, but the best is the pool, sure it's small but in immaculate condition and the whirlpool hot tub is truly hot. more

So I'm not sure what some of you expect for $100 a night in the Catskills. But I'll give you the review I've had for the past 5+ years I have been going there. It's off I-87 and if you know 87, you know it's noisy. All day, all night. It's an interstate highway, used by trucks and car alike.... more

Location Near NYS Thruway made it convenient. Personable and attentive staff, clean room, smooth check in, easy checkout and great complimentary breakfast. We'll be back. more

We had to stop here for a night because the rains were just to heavy to drive in. The place ended up costing $99--the same rate as all the other hotels in the area. Facilities were clean and the continental breakfast was exactly what you would expect. The laundry service worked seamlessly. Same with the wi-fi. Never got to use... more

...But considering it was the only hotel in the area, it had to do. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. There was free internet in the rooms, and a computer with a printer in the lobby area in case you needed to print something out. (Which came in handy for me as I was there on business.)... more

We were directly lied to and then ripped off for a nights stay. We made our reservation for a Thursday night but they somehow had us listed for Wednesday night. When we arrived they did not have our reservation and we had to fight to get a room. Then two days later they charged us for the Wedesday night that... more

We actually stayed twice, once in August 06 and again in October 06. Usually we have advance reservations when on the road, but by circumstance, we were traveling in the area and had to find a room. With easy off/easy on I-87 access, this quiet country setting is very nice. As Best Western properties range widely in quality, this is... more

Great Location Easy In and Out. Close to Albany and Ski Locations Both Windham and Hunter. Good thing they carry ski lift tickets otherwise I would have spent some time getting those at the Mountains and spending more money. Like Breakfast and their In door Pool. It was Hot !!! more

My friend and I both have a family with two young children. We both reserved smoke free rooms. After skiing in the Hunter Mountains, we arrived to this inn little later than others; around 7PM. When we checked in, they gave us awful smoking rooms. I complained about the smell and told the front desk that I had reserved a... more
