Excellent customer service . We arrived late in the evening, called the number on the door and were greeted by a lovely lady who booked us in. Comfortable, quiet, budget accommodation with kitchen and ensuite facilities. Guest laundry. Nice walk to town. We had booked in for three nights and then because of rain decided to stay another night .

Great staff, checked me in much earlier than normal, after my coach journey from Perth, I was shattered. So it was great that they did a few changes. Also very helpful with regards to tours, even a shuttle bus to Rainbow Jungle was given for free by the owner. Room was spacious, had a kitchette. A little dated in terms... More

For the most part, the room (actually a 2 bedroom villa), the amenities and the care and professionalism of the service was well above the expectations I had for such an inexpensive room. Wifi was good - not quite fast enough for video but otherwise fine. On the down side, and reason for the low review, was that we selected... More

From the helpful front staff to the big, spacious room, we enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived. The bed was excellent and the room was very clean. The room is set up for light self-catering with dishes, crockery, a microwave, toaster and kettle. WIFI wasn't great but it just doesn't seem to be in this part of Australia.

Stayed here for 1 night with my family in a standard room. The room came with a double and single bed, ensuite and kitchenette (with a toaster and microwave), which is great value for $89 a night. The hotel has a range of different priced rooms, is set on large grounds with public BBQs and is in a good location... More

I would quite gladly have given it a five star rating except there were little bug bears which only contributes towards a lack of customer care which they claim to have foremost on their minds. Firstly, is the very early closing of the reception, which they compensate by providing those staying with a wall safe combination number so that they... More

This place has two pools barbecues and a spa. Rooms are spacious and clean with a big screen tv on the wall. Crockery and cutlery, a large fridge and microwave in a fair sized kitchen area. Lots of tea, coffee and sugar as well as bath soaps and lots of towels. There is ample parking and the staff are great.... More

Reception very friendly and the location is great. However, this is a budget option. Walls are not as sound proofed as you might like. Good facilities though, milk supplied and the shower was great too. I probably wouldn't stay here for a few days, rather to just use it as a stop over.

We stayed here overnight as wanted to check out Kalbarri on our way back from Exmouth. We picked it because it was cheap and we were only staying a night but what a pleasant surprise. A self contained little unit (and there's a lot of them available), two pools, a spa, car space, easy walk to beach and 'town', sure... More
