Stayed in this hostel in December 2012. The room was small but en-suite with air condition and TV. We could also use all resort facilities - bar, restaurant, pub and swimming pool. Had dinner in the restaurant, great and fresh food. We also stayed for a couple of drinks in the bar, which was great option to have as there... More

I have been there 3 nights. The place is nice, central and they have big BBQ. It is close to the "center" that is supermarket, restaurants and shops. Ah, it is also very close to the exmouth diving center. The only problem is that apparently is the place of the those who want to have a big Friday since it... More

I stayed in this hostel for 9 nights before and during my dive course. The dorms have own ensuite. The bottom bunks are pretty low. Staff was very helpful and friendly. On Fridays the bar has party night. If staying on that day ear plugs are advisable. Close to shops and use of resort facilities included. :)

The place is very noisy, the staff not very helpfull and there is no internet. The kitchen has only pans, so you cant realy cook. The rooms are okay, but 7 people in a dorm is alot. They close the kitchen at 22:00pm,so after that youre food is locked in and your beer as well. Its not realy a hostel,... More

I stayed here for two nights in a double room with bathroom. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen and eating area were large. The only downside was that my room backed onto the outside dining area where people congregate chatting loudly until the early hours which was very noisy. I would stay here again but ask to have a... Receptionist not very helpful. Noisy/clunky fan in room. A/C not controllable - either on (very low) or off - needed the remote controls to set speeds. Probably wouldn't stay here again. There seemed about 3-4 backpacker places, so there are other choices!

There are 3 packpacker hostels in Exmouth and I checked out all before making my decsion. Excape is the best of the bunch, and I did have a good time. The dorm rooms are HUGE, with 7 beds (why the single?) and a really decent en-suite bathroom. They all have aircon and full length curtains that cover the entire windows.... More

Specially the kitchen was dirty and untidy. (argghhhh) The staff doesn't care about complaints, they aren't friendly and helpful. It was the worst night... More

We had a double room which consisted of a bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top), fridge, wardrobe, aircon and bathroom. Could not use aircon as it was positioned at the bedhead of top bunk so blew directly onto you / Fan in bathroom sounded like a spanner caught in a garbage disposal / Cockroaches in bathroom / No...
