I had a comfortable stay at Dunsborough Central Motel (120 AUD weekday). The room was quite nice, clean, with a good bathroom and shower. I would stay here again. It's true that sound passes easily between walls and I could hear the family and child next door. If you have a noisy neighbour then it could be quite noisy. The... More

Location was ok but our room was located in the back side of a large complex. It was poorly lit when we came back at night. Almost needed a flashlight to find our way. Good thing we were in Dunsborough and not Defroit. The rooms were a bit low rent. You could hear the plumbing inthe next room. There were... More

Stayed here for one night. Rooms ok-good location right in the centre of Dunsborough close to a nice beach and amenities. Hotel has nice small pool and jacuzzi / picnic place in the middle. Nice Mexican restaurant called amigos where could byo wine and nice bar called pour house which are both a short walk.

Very, very noisy. Drunk people shouting and fighting all night and nobody at the reception. This place is out of control. The main road is at one side and Coles at the other. Awful location that you can't guess from the pictures.

Was only down in Dunsborough for one night for a wedding and thought for $120pn, Dunsborough Motel was more than bearable. Definitely was nothing fancy, but room was big and clean and the air conditioning worked well. Would stay here again if ever down for just one night.

Great location, walk to shops, restaurants and beautiful beach, fabulous pool/spa/BBQ's and gardens. Clean and tidy rooms but the air conditioning was struggling to function and in desperate need of replacement ASAP.

I'm not a fan of motels, so stayed here against my better judgement, and was actually pleasantly surprised - it was clean, the room was well kept, not too old, the pool/spa and bbq areas looked nice (didnt use them as was there for a wedding so didnt have time) - I would stay here again quite happily. Yes, the... More

This motel is perfect if you have a budget. we paid $150/night which I thought was over priced for a very simple room. Probably worth $90-$100 / night. Good for backpackers. Has air conditioning however it is very noisy when trying to sleep.

Stayed here by chance, but we will definitely be staying here again. As a young family of four it was perfect and great value for money. The rooms were clean which is the most important thing and right on the center. A must stay I would recommend. Will

We spent the weekend here In a standard room which was very clean and was well equipped with a kettle, toaster, crockery, wine glasses, iron etc. The location was excellent, right next to shops and restaurants and an easy stroll to the beach. The central garden area was also a very pleasant place to sit and enjoy a quiet evening... More
