We stayed in the Blue Wren over the christmas holiday period. The location is delightful, especially for bird watching and kangaroo spotting. We found the room needed a bit of updating - the couch was really uncomfortable to sit on. The kitchen was well stocked, and the breakfast good, although the breakfast is not supplied daily, it is expected to... More

The area where the hotel is located is peaceful and quiet. However, for such an expensive price, I am expecting better room quality and a better breakfast. The breakfast is so basic. Thing that I can easily buy at the supermarket. Room is more like a holiday home than resort style. I am not saying that it is poor but... More

We stayed 2 nights in the Red Robin Unit for a little rest away from it all. Great welcome from the hosts Lauraine and Noel - super little breakfast basket on arrival too with local bread, marmalade, fruit, yogurt and home made muffins to eat whenever we wished (topped up on the second day too). The properties which are rustically... More

I stayed 2 nights at the Blue Wren Unit and loved it. Surrounded by ancient trees and the sounds of nature this is a great place to relax and unwind for a few days. The unit is furnished with style and with lovely soft blue/turquoise/wooden colurs. The kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. You can cook in the spacious... More

We stayed in the red robin. The room was very well set out and designed. We loved Noel's furnishings and quirky sence of humor. This place has all the finishing touches you can think of to make it your home for a while. Both noel and lauraine are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble. Will we come again.... More

We stayed for 3 nights in the Blue Wren unit, the unit and location were both outstanding and Noel was very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and the wildlife in the area - we had visits from Wombats, Kangaroos hopped by and we were woken by Kookaburra's in the morning. The continental breakfast was ideal and set us... More
