To anyone who thinks of booking in bay lodge read ALL the review before booking!! This place is a DUMP and not for any decent families that wants to spend a holiday in Sharks Bay. Its not hygenic and is a Occupational Health and Safety for kids. Photos on the site needs to be updated. DO Recommend Oceanside Villas. Not... More

Room was pretty basic and fridge was unplugged when we got there. Despite having a kitchen bench with kitchen utensils, there was no sink so we had to wash dishes in the bathroom. The TV was small with no remote control, and was mounted high up on the wall, hospital-style, which wasn't ideal. Furnishings are basic, old and dated. Hot... More

Just had a very enjoyable stay at Bay Lodge. the room was basic but clean and functional. Nothing is too much trouble for Kirsty the very helpful owner.. An amazing locational literally right on the beach front and exceptional good value for money. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay while in the area. More

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with the most amazing ocean view. We paid $160 per night for 4 people, so cheap with the amazing view we had. The room was basic and surface clean. If you are not going to spend much time in your room, I would recommend this budget accomodation. We were out all day with... More

Our reservation was expertly handled by Kirsty - she was friendly and efficient both prior and during our 1 night stay. The room, location and facilities were adequate and suited our need for an overnight stop,(between Perth and Exmouth), perfectly. While it wasn't very modern or luxerious, it was clean and functional - and we loved the fact that it... More

We had a great family holiday that didn't cost us a fortune. We didn't pay for 5 star, so we didn't expect 5 star. Management couldn't have been more friendly. If there was anything we needed that wasn't supplied, all we had to do was "ask". Kirsty was very accommodating and welcoming. Great location. Can't wait for the next holiday. More

We stayed in a double which shared the kitchen and bathroom with one other room. There were no locks on any of the room doors, so we didn't feel safe leaving our stuff when we were away during the day. There is a backdoor and a frontdoor, we only got a key for the back door since there were no... More

I have travelled a lot in Australia and I have seen som crazy things but when the cockroaches started pouring out of the wall in our room, I thought I was gonna throw up. The rooms in this place are worse than a 5baht, back alley hut in Thailand, the pool is so dirty that swimming is def not recommended... More

Our family of six stayed at a rear unit of Bay Lodge. The 2 ladies who run the complex were extremely helpful and kind. However, the two lounges were filthy, sticky, awful. One lounge had clumps of foam falling out from under it every time someone sat on it. The general maintenance was below standard - the shower leaked through... More
