I stayed in a room that slept ten people. We were on a tour so the room was filled. Some beds were sturdy while others were so rickety people took off the mattresses and slept on the floor. There are not a lot of power sockets in the room which causes chaos in a dorm. In addition rooms are ensuing... More

We stayed here for one night so we could go to Monkey Mia to see the Dolphins. As with most places in this area of WA the cost is edging up a bit but still acceptable if you are not expecting the Hilton. The first thing you notice about the place is no garden or grass but then not many... More

I was looking for a room with two beds, and there were none available at the $100 AUD rate, so I paid a little extra to have a beachfront room for $130 AUD. I was not disappointed, as it was a nice room and it was pleasant to eat breakfast outside on the deck while overlooking the water. The room... More

Flew up to Shark Bay for a few days out of our trip visiting family in Perth and had the most fantastic stay at Bay Lodge. We stayed in one of the Beach front family rooms and could not have been happier. We really did feel that we were waking up in paradise every morning. We took the oppotunity to... More

I stayed this place about one week. and I so enjoyed staying at here. The facilities are pretty good and it was perfectly silent! Especially its owner couple is so nice people. They are so helpful! If you are planning to travel Shark bay, I highly recommend this accommodation!

Almost impossible to say anything bad about the location - less than a jump to the clean beach and crystal clear water. Accommodation was simple and perfectly adequate for our family needs; only downside (slight) was a bathroom floor that didn't seem to drain properly and a floor that quickly got VERY sandy (our fault!). Great facilities - pool and... More

We spent three weeks at the Bay Lodge in June/July 2014 with our two young boys. Clint & Caroline were friendly and helpful at all times, we were so impressed how quickly any requests we made were sorted. The enclosed area around the outside of the pool was perfect for our three year old to ride his bike and play... More

Steven and I had an excellent time in Denham due to Caroline's (owner) help. Caroline was very helpful in organising a fishing trip for the two of us and rang around for day trips up the Peron Peninsula. Our stay was in one of the spacious beachfront apartments. The Bay Lodge offers good budget accommodation. It was very clean and... More

Denham is a lovely, lovely place to stay. A very quiet and charming place with a very remote feel to it. For example, shops don't run just out of milk. The entire town does! We stayed in a spacious beach front apartment with cooking facilities. A wise choice, if you don't always fancy what the town has to offer. The... More
