We stopped here for one night on our way north. It was a Saturday night and the town was dead - we were the only people staying in the hotel which gave the place an eerie feeling. The building itself used to be charming but is now just run down and badly maintained. It had been a warm day (mid-20s)... More

Recommend this B&B we have stayed here a number of times when going up north as our stop over with the kids. The family rooms are great upstairs and downstairs the food is of very high standard and they cater for the kids with their own lounge, with tv and games. The rooms are excellent and the beds comfy and we... Stayed here one night and wished it could have been longer. Beautiful, comfortable historic old hotel set in the nicest town in the Murchison. Truly a rose between the two thorns of Meekatharra and Mount Magnet. Our host, the gorgeous Carla, entertained us at dinner with tales of the past and an update of what is happening in the district.... More

A nice place to stay considering it is in such a remote location. Obviously an old historic hotel will not provide you with a four or five star accommodation, but it is sufficient. The pub will also provide you with some good meals.

We were on our way to Karijini from Perth. Cue is the perfect distance for an overnight stay and the Queen of the Murchison was a great choice for accommodation. We were on a camping holiday but did not want to set up for just one night, The Queen offered secure parking out the back for our vehicle and even... More

We made Cue a stop for a night on the way back to Perth from Karijini. What a great experience for us & especially the couple traveling with us from overseas. A former grand old pub restored some years ago & now a B & B run by Carla. She has a wealth of stories, cooks a good wholesome meal... More

It is amazing how fate turns good trips into great trips. I had reason to spend five days in Cue WA and had booked into the local caravan park weeks before but the day before my arrival in Cue was advised that, due to an electrical fire I could not stay there and alternative accommodation had been arranged. What a... More

Stayed here recently with work on way back from Newman. I like Cue as a town it has a good vibe, I noticed this place on the way up and thought I would give it a try on my way back to Perth and glad I did. It was a pub in its former life but now is a bed... More

I don't have high expectations of finding a great place to say in the middle of a tiny town in outback WA but we stumbled across this bed and breakfast and thought it was great. Carla the hostess is a character certainly worth meeting and to have a great yarn to. The B&B is a big, very old building of... More

So much to see. Chas and Carla have a private collection that ranges from thimbles to motor bikes, fish to model cars, took a while to take it all in. Very friendly couple that we felt at home with swapping yarns. Rooms are basic but comfy. Ours had extra pillows & blanket, wardrobe & table. Communal ablutions are clean, plenty... More
