We only stayed one night here. It seemed to be a small pleasant town, renowned for the mile long jetty. It was chilly in the evening, but the views were good. The motel is simple, but clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good. The staff were helpful.

This is a Best Western. I expected clean comfortable modest accommodation and I got that AND courteous friendly service and a level of tension to detail that made this a standout. I was particularly impressed with the free laundry and the better than expected restaurant. This is clearly better than I expected. I recommend it.

On arrival , it seemed ok , staff were friendly enough , however failed to mention they did not have a full menu only a buffet ( which was luke warm) and you had to actually ask for a drink as they didn't ask me if I wanted one. The shower only had luke warm water and they had workmen... More

For an overnight stay the Best Western Hospitality Inn is fine. For any longer stay I wouldn't recommend. It is cheap for a reason. The hotel is a slight upgrade on the traditional motels found all over Australia. The free WIFI is a bonus. The hotel is not close to the centre of town.

Booked online about three months prior to traveling got a great rate at $179 for one night for 3 adults one child and continental breakfast !! Clean room and beds were very comfy. Aircon was reasonably quiet, clean soft towels. Bathroom was dated but functional and very clean . Check in was easy and staff were very friendly. Wifi was... More

Stayed overnight as a stop off whilst going past and provided what we needed. Room was clean, bed was comfy and the food in the restaurant was good. Service was ok but don't expect the place to feel homely. It is showing it's age around the site and whilst it provides what you expect of a Best Western it is... More

We were a party of 7, 2 families travelling from Exmouth to Perth last year during the Easter school holidays 2014. Carvarvon was a stopover for us only, and unluckily for us our night happened to fall on a Sunday, which I can only assume is the Chef's night off at The Best Western. I ordered pork belly which was... More

Stayed overnight on way back to Karratha. Hotel is "vintage" but clean. Bed very comfortable, rooms spacious enough. Service friendly, price reasonable as included breakfast. Pleasant surprise was having our windscreen cleaned ready for the long drive. Good place to stay for half way point to and from Perth.

This hotel is very old, very 70's and expensive. But it was clean and tidy and comfortable for an overnight staying whilst we were travelling to Perth. Can't like nor dislike but would not like to stay here more than 1 night. But would stay again if travelling between Perth and Port Hedland again.

Sorry! Not No.1 for us, even if there are only 2 hotels in the town. An old style motel in need of a lot of love. Barely a welcome from the male Receptionist who checked us in, and pointed vaguely in the direction of our room. I tried to engage in conversation, but it felt like, go find out for... More
