We couldn't have asked more if wanted too. One of the most wonderful stays we have had anywhere. From the moment we were greeted at the door by Tony we felt important. Angela and Tony have the art of hospitality down pat. The room was just gorgeous with its antique French furniture and attention to detail. Pre dinner dinner drinks... More

I didn't know what to expect, I was attracted by 'world class accomodation' claim. This place is astonishing. My room, the Albion Suite had a huge antique bed, (not antique mattress!) chandelliers, a separate living room with a huge couch and an open log (gas) fire. It was an apartment! Its not just the size of the room, but it... More

Wanted a quality weekend in a quality country hotel. Absolutely blown away! The Empyre is a beautiful Boutique Hotel in outstanding condition. Every piece of furniture is exquisite. After one nights stay it was like having an extended holiday. Will definitely return. Thankyou Tony for a wonderful experience

We did not stay at the hotel , but we stopped off for lunch. I had a pulled pork salad that was excellent. Others in the group had fish and chips The service was excellent and attention to detail was second to none. Quite a surprising find really.

We did not stay at the hotel but had lunch in their restaurant. It is quite small but has a very interesting menu. The food is first class and the prices reasonable. I managed an italian restaurant and the pasta dish i had for lunch was one of the best i have eaten and my sister said her salmon was... More

The Empyre Boutique Hotel is just gorgeous. The food is incredible. We had lunch and breakfast the following day which is amazing ( I doubt you'll be able to get through it !! ) and the decor is nothing short of exquisite. I stayed in the Empyre room which has a shared balcony however we got along famously with our... More

A quick getaway to the Goldfields and we came across the reviews for this boutique hotel. Booked on the day the smallest (and cheapest) room the Maguire suite, asked for a discount and was politely informed this was not negotiable - no harm in asking !! Greeted by Tony on arrival and checked in with cheerful professionalism. Beautiful clean room... More

We recently stayed at the Empyre Hotel for two nights in the Maguire suite. This is the smallest room in the hotel and is at the rear of the property, but for our requirements it was perfect. It was clean, had beautiful linen on the bed and was extremely quiet. We had breakfast cooked for us each morning, there was... More

We stayed here for only one night, in the Maguire suite, which was not huge but perfectly comfortable. Everything about The Empyre was terrific - the room was clean and lovely, the bed was comfortable and dressed in good quality linen, the towels were nice and thick, the shower was roomy and had good pressure, the in-room tea and coffee... We hadn't prebooked, but luckily we were able to choose from three differently priced rooms. We chose the garden room out the back for its easy access to the car park, but the upstairs rooms were also beautiful. Our stay was great, starting with a warm room and comfortable bed. The bathroom was very modern and the antique furniture in... More
