The hotel is located up on the hillside (Anacapri), away from the hustle and bustle of Capri main town...which is heaving during the day with visitors from the mainland. Avoid at all costs! The hotel arranged for our transfer from the Napoli airport. Because one of our suitcases was missing (Aliatlia!!!!!!!!!!!), the hotel offered to arrange for the retrieval of the suitcase (I later found out thatthey required a 70Euro fee for that - which was ok, but they should have mentioned it).
