Just got back for an amazing holiday at Kefalonia Bay Palace. The staff were so friendly and happy to help myself and my Fiancée with anything that we needed. The view is breathtaking and for Greek accommodation this is very high standard. Rooms are cleaned everyday with fresh towels and free WiFi and safe is included. It is built on... More

This is a superb location an easy 10, but the service is so basic and the price is premium. The hotel is located at the end of the main road and is built over a steep cliff. It seems that the people who built it had a great intention to create something special but they probably changed their mind at... More

We wanted a chilled out holiday after having a couple of tough years. This place fitted the bill perfectly. The manager should be very proud of all his staff who were to a person friendly, helpful and determined to do everything possible to ensure that we had a relaxing break. A lot of the names have been mentioned in other... More

Just come back from a week at this hotel having previously staying in 2011. Excellent hassle free hotel and location. The village is a perfect chill out place. I would firstly like to mention three staff members who made the difference for my wife and I. Firstly Magda who is a lovely lady and one of the cleaning staff. Always... More

We were choosing a hotel on this island for a very long time. Finally, our choice went to the Kefalonia Bay Palace. The food in this hotel is really good. A wide choice for breakfast, so everybody will find something for themselves – fruit or vegetables. I especially liked really big, grilled prawns and fresh fish, which were served for... More

I am that impressed with this hotel I have joined trip advisor whilst still in Greece. The hotel it self is beautiful, clean and offers a breath taking view. Now as much as the hotel is amazing this is supported by the most helpful hotel staff I have come across in a very long time. They have made me and... More

Just returned from Agia Efimia and our stay at Kefalonia Bay Palace. Unfortunately the hotel not a place I or my friend would return too, we booked this believing it to be 4* and would only rate it as a bottom of the ladder 3* and that's being generous. We had no drawers in our room to put any clothes... More

After being treated so well at Petani Beach Hotel during our first 4 days in Kefalonia we spent the last 5 days at Kefalonia Bay Palace. I have mixed comments for this hotel, it seems like it was built with a great idea in mind which remained incompleted during its building. Let's start with the good feelings: room was spacious... We are currently staying at this wonderful little gem of a hotel, and it's simply fantastic The view from any of the rooms would be brilliant, but from our room which is 301 and it's huge cool covered balcony it is just stunning The steps up are not for the faint hearted, the climb needs to be done with a...
