If you want to stay longer in Europa park, better choose another hotel they have there. We had a deluxe room, but we didn't really see for what to pay more - no bathrobes, no slippers in the room. But the funniest were that the heating didn't work and we had to sleep all night under two blankets each -... More

Location is fantastic for the park. You get early entry in 1 hour before. Rooms are clean and service is good. Why I gave this a 1 star is that the hotel is next to an amusement park, children are here so the only bar near the lobby is The El Circo bar which for some reason they have made... More

The decor is themed but not tacky - was a nice addition to our trip to the park. Rooms reasonably sized and clean, thought the mattresses were very firm (didn't get much sleep because of them). Also, pillows were thin (suggest you ask for additional set, before you get into bed). Good range and quality of food for breakfast but... More

The hotel is the oldest and as a result has the best location closest to the park. Rooms are basic, bathroom is new, clean an serves the purpose. Disappointing is the bar, smoking is allowed, so not something where you want to have a drink as a non smoker. Also the breakfast was really disappointing, very basic and as mentioned... More

The location is excellent & allows access to the park earlier then everyone and as well at night you have access to a small playing area for the kids, the hotel offers b&b and the restaurants in the hotel are good as well. Rooms & hotel have the old spanish theme.

The location of the hotel is perfect as it leads directly on to the wonderful Europa park. The rooms are very basic and breakfast is very much canteen style. This hotel's biggest asset is by far its location.

Great hotel, great price, perfect location, price could be lower. The hotel site is directly at the park entrance. We had a room for four persons. One double bed and two singles one on top of the other. The room was perfect with the view to the beautiful inner courtyard with the gardens and fountains. If you go to the... More

Beautiful hotel with lovely pool and easy access to other hotels' pools. Main downsides are - Food prices. Hotel restaurants all pretty expensive - Lack of nearby attractions (apart from the fantastic Europa park). We had hoped to see more of the black forest but without a car its a bit of a trek. Tip: the Baden Wurtemmberg train ticket... More

I booked a suite with my little family to enjoy the Europa park. It is not worth the price, I paid 400 € per night. First no fruit basket or water in our suite upon our arrival , no air conditioning in the room but only the living room which made it very unpleasant for my pregnant wife and my... More

I have now stayed in 4 of the Europa Park hotels and must say this is my favorite. We ended up booking a suite on the top floor and it was extremely comfortable, more quiet, convenient and relatively reasonably priced. It was absolutely great for me and my wife but would also be perfect for a family of 4. I... More
