If your holiday dream is a luxury hotel in St Emilion, keep looking. However, if you will be spending most of your time out of the room, and want somewhere that is clean, roomy enough for two, has good showering facilities, free wifi, adequate personalised breakfast, conveniently placed to the city and its attractions, and is very good value for... This was a reasonably priced hotel in the heart of St Emilion with parking nearby. We had a four person family room. Very clean, small, a bit claustrophobic but frankly excellent value. Air conditioner was good quality which was important in July. Breakfast was generous and again great value. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking lot was tight and... More

We were surprised that a 2 star hotel was so central, so charming and with such helpful staff. Recently renovated, the rooms are small but well- equipped including air conditioning which was our first requirement. The breakfast is well- worth the €11 as we could not eat all the gorgeous pastries that were included. The staff were so knowledgeable- even... More

Great location in the heart of Saint Emilion. Clean modern rooms and friendly staff. Less than 90E a night with a car park. Our first floor room had a great view. Walking distance to everything. Plenty of restaurants and sights to see.

Fourth time here, and a major renovation is under way (a few rooms left to do) inside these old brick walls. When finished, I'd go for 4 stars, especially if a small fridge and coffeemachine is being installed. A natural place for our group(s) of friends, as there is not more than 2-4 min. walk to most everything you may... More

We stayed here as a family of 5 and were give our own apartment that is in a separate building from the main part of the hotel. After our initial surprise at being told were away from the hotel, we could not have been happier. It is only on the other side of the street, so you are 10 seconds... More

This hotel was selected by the company we were working with for our self-guided bike tour. The staff are very nice and polite. Rates weren't something we had to contend with but the rooms ran between 90-98€. Parking is quite a distance away. And the toiletries minimal. The air conditioning was also very loud!

This hotel was in a great location, close to everything! The room was basic but clean and functional. The bathroom was fine, although strange half shower screen meant the bathroom got very wet. Breakfast was €13 each but was good with croissants and breads, yoghurts, fruit and boiled egg. Reception staff were helpful and spoke great English.

How this is only 2 stars amazes me as we have stayed in quite a few and this one over delivers in every way. Our room was fresh and clean with great soft fluffy towels. Good space compared to similar rated places. Excellent wifi and free also handy free parking is a real bonus. The staff are the most helpful... More
