The name is hotel dolphin but actually it is a DHABHA or a road side vent .It is not at all fit to be in hospitality sector. All the staff just knows one word sorry.Not even Gm (so called) has basic knowlede about hospatility sector.If you want to spoil your trip you go to the hotel.

The hotel is in prime location, it is very good for business travelers.Staff is very co-operative and the service is excellent .On the whole it is good value for money.Every time when i visit Jalandhar i would like to stay there only.

I stayed here from 11th Dec. to 13th Dec.The reception staff is very good and attentive to your needs.The best about the hotel is its mouth watering food . This place needs a severe makeover. The hotel has a shabby, dirty feel to it. Rooms are adequate. There are much better hotels nearby for similar rates. The website is deceptive and the hotel is nothing like the pictures. The management needs to bring it up to a good standard or people will not return and that includes me!

The hotel is located is a very narrow street which huge traffic flows from both sides. Not ample parkingg space. Went there to attend a 2 days seminar with colleagues. Food was very bad and the service was also very poor. Think twice before staying there.
