Well organised place. Rooms are great. Neves thought finding a beautifull place like this. It is great when you have children. Huge playground available. Food is just vegetarian no other choice available. Food was good for those who are vegetarian.

I chose Casa Chueca because of the prospect of practising my German during my Spanish-speaking adventure, and consequently, based my trip to Talca upon visiting here. I thoroughly stand by my decision. Reading the few negative experiences of others, it seems that the distance of the lodge to the city is a deterrent, but I found that precisely to add... More

Well, it seems to be a nice place on earth, sourrounded by mountains. We did not sleep there (the rooms are nice for sure), but we had the following bad experience(s): We asked for accomodation for our Wedding guests from Germany and the possibility to make a barbecue with them. We were told that this would be impossible because this... More

Casa Chueca is not what we expected it to be. We had 5 nights booked there and on our way to Casa Chueca we talked about if we should cancel a few night. What where we to do there for such a long time. After the five noghts we felt the oposite. We wished we could have stayed longer and... More

This is a cozy B&B. It seems like a kind of magnet for the German-speaking travelers. Without a car, it may be a bit challenging to locate. If you want a lodging near the center of town, don't stay here. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast quite adequate. The hosts are pleasant and can accommodate you with tours, etc.

The perfect place to be surrounded by nature and feel the comforts of home. It was a very easy and comfortable drive from Santiago. The owner was very charismatic and eager to assist us with anything we needed.

After a 5 hour drive south, arriving was a relief - so peaceful. Slightly tricky to find having to negotiate Talca; coming off Ruta 5 too early was the problem we subsequently discovered. We arrived at the very beginning of the season - the swimming pool was not yet full (and only was when we left, although still not in... More

A very nice place to stay when in Talca/Vilches/Rio Maule area. Lot's of activities, nice clean rooms and just amazing vegetarian, home made food. Getting here can be a bit tricky without a car. A minimum stay of at least 3 nights is recommended as it's lot's to see, do and experience in the area. Costa y cumbre tours is... More

We only find a place to host it on the road to the South but now that we have found a place where there was a large possibility of activities in the region and good service for trekking. All the staff is friendly. For hiking Aline, better have his car. Many maps to plan his stay. More: swimming pool and... More

We stayed at Casa Chueca for a few nights as a family. We rented two rooms (one matrimonial ensuite in the new building) and one twin private ensuite. The matrimonial room was huge and included a small kitchen, dining table, patio, and beautiful jacuzzi tub. The owners and staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome at all times.... More
