The hotel is very nice, modern e elegant. The breakfast is fantastic and varieties. The restaurant it wasn't my "cup of tea". The swimming pool it is very small to the size of the hotel. The location its very good which is very convenient such as supermarket, shopping mall and pharmacy near by. Overall it is very good value for... More

The room is quite comfortable but there are some details that deserve more attention: 1. Cleaning the air conditioning system: It is noticeable the presence of dirt in the output of air-conditioning equipment 2. There is a lot of dust on the curtains: people with asthma will die in that 109 room 3. The TV size is too small

We stayed here for one night before heading out to the Pantanal. The rate was fantastic, though if we'd kept checking we could have rebooked for even less right before the free to cancel date. The front desk was very friendly and when we didn't have a plug adapter for Brazil they sent one right up. They were also generous... More

We booked a suite, but when we checked in the staff had not bothered to put the aircon on and when on it never really chilled the room. Management was really helpful though and would have moved us except the hotel was full - so they only charged us for a standard room. Restaurant food was good.

Cuiaba is the essential starting place when visiting the northern Pantanal and as such a good hotel within easy reach of the airport is important. Having tried several hotels in Cuiaba in the past, Gran Odara is definitely the best.

May have been built to a 5star standard but it was clear they either ran out of money or just gave up. My room was fine aside from missing wall electrical socket covers and a bathroom with pieces of trash left from the last guest. Breakfast was phenomenal, one of the best I had while in Brazil. As a one... More

I had the pleasure of spending five nights in the Gran Odara and from the moment of arrival the staff - Gilson and Colleagues could not have been nicer. Every request was answered with a smile. Obrigado. The city is opposite a large supermarket and near a nice shopping mall where there is a fine foodcourt. The breakfast in Gran... More

I should start by saying that someone else paid for my stay. The hotel is lovely. The rooms are spacious and gorgeous, with nice views of the area; the lobby is open and airy; the breakfast is outstanding, with lots of options. I had dinner one night in the Avec restaurant in the hotel and it was very good, though... More
