It is a wonderful hotel right on the beach. The pool area and beach is amazing and very family friendly. Our chalet was very nice, the service absolutely perfect and we wished we could stay there longer. I recommend a massage in the beach hut followed by a sunset capirinha on the beach. Dreams can come true.. :)

After hesitating for a long time between staying in the heart of Morro's action or going for a more secluded retreat in Praia do Encanto, we chose Hotel Anima based in part on the great reviews on TripAdvisor and did not regret our choice. We were lucky to have the place all to ourselves (traveled as a couple) but never... More

I came and went and came again...it was almost impossible to leave Casa Anima and Morro. What a wonderful place. It took me, completely. I came over planning to spend 3 nights. After a total of 13 day on the island, I had to leave. I stayed at Anima twice. (The only reason I left was that they were fully... More

We were originally going to come to Morro de Sao Paulo for a few days but in the end came for half of our week (the remainder in Salvador) - our only regret was not spending more time here. The island is beautiful (although getting there is much easier via the bus / speedboat route than the catamaran which is... More

My husband and I went on a 2 week holiday to Brazil for our honeymoon and our stay at Anima was by far the highlight. If you want a place to just get away from it all, in a peaceful, relaxing location, then this is it. The staff are really helpful and friendly, the food is amazing and all set... More

Everything is great in this place. The staff is very helpful, the food is amazing and the place is wonderful. Definitely worth coming back for a longer period. However, the trip to the center of the village is very unconfortable. It would be perfect if the road could be fixed.

My husband and I just returned from a short getaway to Morro de SP. We stayed at Anima Hotel per a friend's recommendation and we felt super lucky with our hotel. Anima is a cute, quaint, and romantic hotel in the Praia do Encanto (aka 5th beach of the Morro). We liked that it was far away (20 min driving)... More

I can summarize our experience at Anima in one word: wow! The hotel is beautifully located far away from the village of Morro. The walk over the beach to Morro takes about 1,5 hrs and is beautiful. The distance ensures that it is very quiet and peaceful at the hotel. There is a shuttle from the hotel to Morro that... More

Amazing hotel! The bungalows are authentic but still very spacious and well equipped. They re far from each other and it never gets noisy. They have a very nice pool and a deserted beach. The hotel is quite far from morro's centre, they have a free shuttle but you never use it because they have everything you need in the... More

This hotel is wonderful. It is in a beautiful location away from nearly all the other hotels and resorts of Morro. The cabins are very comfortable and the communal living area is very welcoming. The weather was not so good when we were there in June as it rained a lot but we still had a great time. The staff... More
