This was our second time to Fenwick Island an the staff at Atlantic Budget Inn was so courtious and helpful. We had a great time playing at the mini golf course with our kids. We stayed at this hotel and had to leave a day early because the room smells made us sick. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and mildew. The bathroom was covered with mold and the floors were sticky and filthy. I do not know if all of the rooms are like this but stay away from room 116. more
