We stayed at the Tulip Inn and found it great. The position is set back a bit but they do have shuttles directly to the beach, a few a day. The rates are good, and it really is terrific value. The hotel itself is fine: rooms are clean, bedding is soft, although the promised queen size bed turned out to be two twins pushed together that kept trying to separate throught the night. The rooms are OK and the hotel offers good breakfasts and dinners. It is not luxurious, but you spend so much time on the Dead Sea it doesn't even matter. We would stay here again. more

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of last month. We wanted somewhere of an average price, so that's basically why we chose here. for the money this was great value. The rooms were really clean and the food was excellent. It isn't on the beach but it is only a five minute walk or the little transfer beach car is outside. The pool is very large and heated and the atmosphere in the evening in the bedouin tent is lively and very different.... more
