Stayed at the Spa Club at the Dead Sea with my wife after it was advised by friends that vacationed there during the month of October. The hotel is for over 18 years old and was very peaceful. The hotel has an oriental spa and salt water indoor pool. The room was spacious and pleasant. The best part of the hotel... more

We Booked at the Spa club and they gave us the Oasis, we paid for a 5 star hotel, and we ended with a 1 star The rooms are very small, the breakfast room terrible, the swimming pool average to bad, we booked for 4 days but left the next and went to the Crowne Plaza, that is located 400... more

I didn't realize, when I booked this hotel online, that it shares a reception and spa with the Oasis hotel, which has much worse reviews. We got to the hotel in the evening, exhausted from a 12-hour journey from Jordan. The hotel didn't have our booking, and rudely informed us that if we booked online (with booking.com) we wouldn't necessarily... more

I travel for a living and visited all the hotels nearby and think this is by far the best place to stay - for the money. Israel doesn't really have a Star rating system, but the rooms are nice "European style" no king or queen sized beds like in the US. Most people come here with a packaged tour from... more

We spent Pesach there, and Seder-eve. I dont know if the star-rating sistem is still valid in Israel, but his hotel is not more than a 2-star hotel. Maybe 3-star. It looks like a movie from the early 80's. Pool is poor quality, and small. The towels are very nice and clean though... Food was not a hight quality one,... more

I was a bit concerned reading some of the reviews but this hotel was really wonderful. The room was comfortable and roomy, the bed comfortable and the bathroom done well. The service was very friendly, the included buffet breakfast and dinner very nice. And, the spa was excellent -- very wide selection of treatments with friendly, hard working therapists. Pool... more

Comfortable room with 2 separate beds, sofa and chairs. Nice bathroom w. jacuzzi! Beautiful view of the Dead Sea. Lavish breakfast and... more

Service standards for this hotel varies from person to person. We were checked in by a very nice person who was helpful and polite named Nuriel. However later in the day, some of the staff was not particularly interested in assisting. Then again, the hotel was clean and pleasant, amazing spa and treatments I recommend the Hot Stones massage, a... more
