When you spend almost $300 for a hotel room you expect service, maybe someone to greet you at the reception and ask if you need help with bags, maybe even free internet and a welcome bottle of water in the room?Well, parking involved saying a prayer and putting the car in low gear and hoping we wouldn't break an axle... I Booked a TRIPLE ROOM, In SPA CLUB HOTEL, For my parents and myself ( i am in my 20's ) I live abroad and don't get to spend much time with them, I was looking forward to spend 2 nights in the dead sea in a relaxing , non-smoking, no-children hotel. We just came back from a very pleasant weekend. The rooms are very nice but the best thing is the Spa. The pool with the Dead Sea water, the Turkish Hamam, the hot and Finish saunas, the beautiful lobby with the herbs tea and the massage were very satisfying. We loved all of it and especially the silence and the atmosphere. We certainly be... More

On first entering the hotel we were happy with our choice. Alas from here it went downhill. We were sent to a separate hidden reception desk where we were given very basic service. This left us heading to our room wondering where meals where served, what spa services were available, what times the indoor spa pool was open, what activities... More

one thing is for sure. at least the hotel stays behind his promise for a unique experience, the kind you DO NOT want to experience back again. where to begin ? well, after booking the DLX room and paying a good deal of money, the least one can expect is to enjoy his stay. going out of the lift in... We stayed at the hotel 3 times before this visit and we could witness the decay of the hotel service level, the quality of food and the level of the maintenance team. On our last stay Feb 16-18th 2014 we came to the conclusion it is our last visit to this hotel. At hotel room levels, public areas are substandard... More

This hotel is elegant and first class. The restaurant has excellent food and service. Unlimited tea  & apple in the lounge. The bar area is small and quiet, so it is not noisy. There are several large patios to enjoy the view of the Dead Sea. It has a private beach. It has an indoor/ salt sea pool where you... More
