We recently stayed at this hotel while traveling to the Dead Sea. This older hotel has great bones. The rooms are spacious and the room overlooked both the mountains and the sea from a nice balcony. The king sized bed was comfortable but only the bottom half had a mattress pad. The carpets need to be replaced as they were... More

We have been visiting this hotel in our work study tour near the dead sea. The food level is poor and the food offer is a poor comparing to hotels in this level. The hotel does not offer attractions for a lot of free time you have because in the dead sea in the hotles erea, there is no other... More

I spent last week two nights at the hotel. The room was beautiful, spacious overlooking the Dead Sea, Nice bathroom, balcony etc. The food was OK, and the pool was great. Some of the carpets are old and need to be replaced. The bathroom door needs to be re-painted and there was a stain on the couch in the room.... More

stayed with my family last weekend and was very disappointed, his hotel is old,is very expensive, and pretends to be a 5 star hotel but it's not. let me describe main issues I had with this hotel. Room: overall the room was very dirty and most of the facilities were broken and all was dirty and ugly. 1) the carpet... More

Something is very wrong with the way this hotel is managed. It has the facilities to be 5* but it definitely is not. I could not decide whether to give it 3* or 4* because it has the facilities to be 5* but someone is deliberatley making decisions to diminish it and the quality of rooms and services is very... This hotel has all features to make it the best hotel in the Dead Sea, However, lack of attention or carrying makes it not worth the visit. Positive: - Location - is awesome! right near the beach and has a shuttle every 15 min to the private beach (of several hotels) which is awesome! you have a very nice beach... More

This was not our first time. We come for business conferences. The rooms are adequate- not spectacular. Furnishings not new. The food is good. There was no need to interact with the staff- that's good. The beach directly across the street is usually overrun by large family extended clans- a different type than those staying in the hotel- having elaborate... More

This hotel is really awful. The rooms are filthy, There are holes in the walls with peeling paint. Lighting fixtures were dirty and had exposed wiring. The staff are out right rude and resent being asked anything.

Stayed here on Sep 16 as part of an otherwise excellent GateOne tour. The hotel MAY have been modern at one time, but today looks like a leftover from Soviet Russia. I could forgive its datedness, but it is now shabby and DIRTY. The staff to a person were inhospitable, seeming to cater to the crudest of post Soviet Russian... More
