We reached the hotel consisting of 4 adults, 2 children and a baby for 2 nights, we took 2 rooms. We stayed on the 12th floor with a view of Mt. The reception of the guard in the parking lot is very pleasant and quickly took care of us for parking. Pleasant entrance to the hotel lobby and clean but... More

Unfortunately we only stayed here for one night on our tour around Israel but we were very satisfied with the hotel. It's a short walk to the beach and there is even a shuttle bus if you can't manage the walk. Our room was large and had a balcony overlooking the Dead Sea. The food was good and plentiful and served in... More

I spent several days on Business at this Hotel, What was once a very nice place has become tired and feeling worse for wear. The staff seemed tired and not so friendly. It must be said that I was there at the Pesach Holiday, so the Hotel was very full, and the bar and restaurants restricted to what could be... More

A wonderful place to relax, big rooms with a fantastic view to the Dead Sea. Nice terrace, also nice bathroom with a broken shower.Very nice outside swimming pool, the indoor spa with salt water of the Dead Sea is a bit narrow and not very modern. A little bit strange is the system with the towels..... The prices for extras... More

It wasn't the first time that I stay in this hotel. I love it - it is big, staff is well trained and is very polite and efficient. Spa is large and relaxing. Breakfast is good. Service is excellent. What more could I wish for? Keep it this way.

The standard of the hotel has decreased in the last two years. The rooms were big, but service was bad. The food is only average, not very special and was cold. We asked in the lobby to get 2 glasses for wine in order to drink in the room, but they said that they can not provide it to us... More

Based on last year's positive experience at this hotel, I decided to visit again, this time not with a group, but with my husband to see and get his reaction. Well, I must say his feedback was as positive as mine. I knew what to expect, he did not. From the moment we arrived (somewhat earlier than check-in time), we... More

we spent five days at the Royal and enjoyed it. Staff is nice , food is definitely excellent especially during the weekend and the spa is comfortable especially the vip one. Yet, the hotel desperately needs renovation. A broken chair in the dining room old and dilapidated furniture in the lobby shabby carpets in the room and rust in the... More
