Dinner and breakfast were excellent, wide range of delicious food was offered, the dining room service was impeccable, the pool and the Spa were reasonable, although somewhat crowded, almost no plants or flowers, poor green environment, the rooms were very small and dirty, the furniture was partly broken, old and worn out, the carpet was disgusting, dirty with stains everywhere,... We have stayed in the Royal Rimonim hotel 2 years ago, for the Masada Opera festival. We really had good time and a "royal" holiday. Therefor we were waiting to return to the hotel this year opera festival. This was a big mistake. The hotel is absolutely not royal any more. The good things remain the food, the SPA and... More

At first glance the lobby seems to imply splendor, but unfortunately that's not what we found in our room. Although we were glad to see a king-sized bed after sleeping with the standard two-fulls-pushed-together, the mattress was reminiscent of Passover matzoh: wafer-like. The carpet was worn and the room was a bit stale, but it was clean and we were... More

The good side: security personnel and other crew members were courteous and welcoming. Outside swimming pool is very nice and clean with music on the background, and all is located across the road from a free public dead sea beach. They even have a private beach which suppose to have shades and chairs (didn't use it). Also - their SPA... More

The Sea is just across the street and the hotel has a lovely private beach. We were with a group, some of whom paid a supplement for an upgraded room. We did and were lodged in a spacious chamber with a large terrace overlooking the pool and the Dead Sea. Very comfortable. Our only complaints were in the shower, which... More
