This was one of the best hotels we stayed at in Israel, and the minute we walked in, they had fresh fruit and lemonade waiting for us, with complimentary Dead Sea mud bags to use in the water, with bath salts of minerals to put in the tub later! The rooms were beautiful, every one had a gorgeous view of... More

The only thing good about this hotel is the Dead Sea, itself, and their pool. The rest of the hotel is completely falling apart. There are dark halls that are actually scary to walk down. The mildew smell was pervasive. The breakfast is OK, but overblown. Other neighboring hotels can't be any worse.

We arrived to this hotel for a vacation with another couple, and asked for two close rooms. The room that we got was dirty. there was graffiti on the walls and ceiling that someone tried to clean but didn't succeed. The carpet on the floor was so dirty that, after a bath, i walked with barefoot in the room, after... More

We stayed there over a year ago and after I wrote the review, a hotel representative called me and following a long discussion she promised to make good and send me an invitation or an upgrade for a next visit. Well, the invitation never came nor did the upgrade offer, but on a spur of a moment, while driving through... More

me and my mother stayed in this hotel for one night in may 2014. the hotel was full, and the general atmosphere was of chaos, not the best setting for a relaxing weekend at the sun and sea. in our deal it was included a 30 min massage, it was really nothing special, i had good massages and spa treatments... That was our first stay in any of the Dead Sea hotels. We are family of four with two kids and we stayed there in the mid of June. The Check-in was surprisingly good. Since we came by car via Arad, we were suggested to check-in in FATTAL office in Arad. This was actually quite convenient since when we arrived... More

We stayed for the weekend of the Opera the room is not comfortable the air condition stops by itself, the food is a scandal fits animals and not humans. The hotel management and the whole staff are amazing, they are willing to offer their best for you. The location is nice but the beach area itself should be more attractive, they should put more effort so it can look nicer. The pool is nice and it suits both who search for hot weather or more moderiate one. The rooms... More

We have been coming to the Dead Sea as a family for the past 20 years. Obviously we have had good experiences here before. This is a very well designed hotel, an ideal location, and until recently, has been keeping up with the demands of the high turnover of visitors. This year, however, we were dismayed to discover that in... More

Returned from 2 night stay in this hotel the room was okay clean and the hotel had a lot of activity for older kids. The playroom although was not so fresh and not many options for the young kids. The Gymboree was run down and very tiny. And the games all missed pieces. The food in the hotel was not... More
