I found the isrotel dead sea as a wonderful place for my last vacation. Good and professional service. All staff members were very nice. rooms are clean and feel fresh an met our expectations . Nice beach with all the facilities. Great value for my money. Kids loved the food and proximity to the beach is a benefit.

As i sit here, sweat dripping down my back and forehead enjoying the beautiful view, i thought i should warn unsuspecting travelers. I am from Texas and it gets very hot in Texas in the Summertime. It was 103 degrees today in fact. But i am at the Israhotel at the Dead Sea. It is not 103 degrees here but... More

This hotel was in a wonderful location. Easy to walk across the street to the Dead Sea to do some floating. The hotel also has a wonderful pool and spa area. The Restaurant offered a delicious Buffet for Dinner and Breakfast. Lots of fresh salad makings and fruits. The room for the three of us was a little tight and... More

My review is too long to publish. I will make it short: it is not an international hotel (employees do not speak english in general), their manners are well below good hotel standards (rude, low, bad attention), massive hotel, for massive people, guests come from low level class, they recognize no limits, shouting, bad manners are round the clock displayer.... Hard to believe that this hotel is considered as 4,5 star hotel. Facilities itself are OK, although at the internet they are promoting that they have private beach, however that was under construction. This kind of information should have been announced on internet page. Air condition didn't work very well, guy came to check it and gave an answer that... More

Hotel is decent and food is good. Summer Dead Sea area extremely hot. Dead Sea currently 125 degrees Little hot for me ! Hotel is a resort but pool closes at 6:30 in and area that's very remote and not a lot for kids to do. Hotel store closes early and doesn't sell water although you can walk across the... More

This is the worst hotel i have ever been in. I preferred to sleep in the car than in that room. It was full of lost hear everywhere. Shower was full of dust and hear. At the buffets all the tables where dirty. Lobby was ok Everybody was up at 8 in the morning and started playing outside the rooms.... More

Important: even though I booked hotel over Travelocity Canada and paid in advance by Canadian credit card the service manager demand my passport and border crossing card to proof me being a "foreigner". Otherwise you have pay 18% local taxes on the top. Reception service: slowly and unfriendly, looks like a "normal" think in Israel Food: there are 3 restaurants... More

I traveled with extended family to the Dead Sea and stayed at Isrotel. This was my first time at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised, as I must admit I had low expectations. The hotel was picked for a deal offered online and having the lowest price at the time. We opted out on half board but found a... More
