The reception was under staffed and therefore it took each timeit was too much waiting time. During the Masada Opera festival, when most of the guests arrived back to the hotel after midnight, the bar was already closed. The waiter service at the lobby cafe was slow motion and lacking proficency, they did not accept to charge to the room,... More

The only enjoyable moment here was listening to the sax player in the lounge ( he was great) . The bed had dead bed bugs and bug feces, the room had a great view of a pool that closes at 5:30! And an inaccessible beach. The spa closes early too. The surrounding beaches were polluted with trash a dead duck,... More

Dear Sandy, Thank you for taking the time to write a review of Isrotel Dead Sea, although we must say that we were quite surprised to see such harsh words about our property. Isrotel Dead Sea is a five star hotel, know to be the best in the Dead Sea. The hotel is notorious for being extremely clean, we have... More

But the rooms are a bit shabby, the dining room is beautiful but the service quite poor. Food quality is average. Poll area is the plus for this hotel. And you are walking distance form the dead sea. There is such great potential for this hotel so it is a pitty that the experience is far from being perfect. Some suggestions:... More

Nice and clean with good service. One of the parameters affected me to choose this hotel was it's private beach. Only after I got there the hotel reception let me know that the beach was under constructions and visitors have to go to the neighbor hotel beach. Took only breakfast but could not overlook the endless waiting line to the... More

Stunning scenery. Great food and excellent service! It's a palace in the dead sea. We were there for lunch and stuck around for coffee and dessert. I will definitely check in to this hotel on my next visit to Israel. It's far too pretty to stay away - and it BLOWS AWAY the competition.

This hotel was expensive, but worth it. The rooms were lovely, well appointed and the food was excellent, as was the service. The pool was busy, but great. It was fantastic to have a golf cart to take you half way to the Dead Sea, even if you did have to walk through a deserted retail complex. The towels, cold... More

Arrived late at night only to be told my reservation was not in the system (2 nights), booked through a reputable agent. Was informed it was my problem. Very unsatisfied with the customer service, no help offered.
