This is the worst hotel i have ever been in. I preferred to sleep in the car than in that room. It was full of lost hear everywhere. Shower was full of dust and hear. At the buffets all the tables where dirty. Lobby was ok Everybody was up at 8 in the morning and started playing outside the rooms.... More

Important: even though I booked hotel over Travelocity Canada and paid in advance by Canadian credit card the service manager demand my passport and border crossing card to proof me being a "foreigner". Otherwise you have pay 18% local taxes on the top. Reception service: slowly and unfriendly, looks like a "normal" think in Israel Food: there are 3 restaurants... More

I traveled with extended family to the Dead Sea and stayed at Isrotel. This was my first time at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised, as I must admit I had low expectations. The hotel was picked for a deal offered online and having the lowest price at the time. We opted out on half board but found a... More

Well to begin with, i come to dead sea quiet often due to health issues, this is not my first time in this hotel as well. I came here on the 8th of july 2015 and unfortunately we are still here. I booked the most expensive room in the hotel a suite on the 6th floor, but as it occurred... More

From the minute you walk into this hotel, you are greeted with a fabulous lobby -- smelling of fresh flowers and lots of natural light! The rooms are a good size and all have a view of the Dead Sea. The pool was a nice size and even in high season, there were plenty of chairs for all guests. Our... More

Enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was very customer oriented, the service in general was very good The room is spacious and comfortable although the balconey was too narrow to use. The pool is nice but not meant for swimming which for me is a minus. They haven't opened the new beach (they have a beach across the road) which... More

My wife and I stayed for a day ( and night) at this supposedly 5 star hotel (which certainly charged 5 or 6 star prices). I was happy to pay more for good services and facilities. What a disappointment! This hotel has been in a time warp from the 70s or 80s. Apart from the grand lobby there is nothing... More

First of all, this is not a five star hotel. Bad front desk service, with a lot of people to do the check in and check out. Rooms are 3 stars quality, the room wasn't clean as expected. Pool and restaurants are OK and as expected. The food is correct. Overall it is not worth the price. This is another... More

This is a real five star hotel in Israel. The food is amazing. The room is clean. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The entertainment at night is ok. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Dead Sea .

I suspect the upgraded rooms on the higher floors are probably worth the extra, because our standard room was just ok. The bed was excellent, but the bathroom needed a renovation .Quite small too. The balcony could only take 2 plastic ! chairs, but the view was great, overlooking the pools and the Dead Sea . The public areas are... More
