We arrived at the hotel and quickly and efficiently were checked in. We received a room upgrade, on a high floor with an amazing view. The meals were amazing, with so much choice for every part of the meal. the dining room staff were so helpful, especially Hizam who helped us with the drinks and finding a place and other... More

This is the northernmost hotel in Ein Bokek. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable. Balcony was pleasant (our sliding door worked fine). Bathroom was very large; included tub and separate shower stall. Shower drain ran a bit slow. We took half-board = breakfast and evening meal included. Both were quite good, especially the extensive salad bar... More

I should've reviewed this awhile ago. I traveled in July of 2013. Seems the oldest date I can pick is Feb 2014. Hotel is very nice, walking distance to the beach. The room was comfortable, great view. Breakfast and Dinner buffet are amazing. They change a lot between the two. One has meats the other no meats but dairies. Great... More

The lobby looks impressive at first, but the hallway outside our room was never vacuumed in the three days we spent here and it was hot (we were there in mid-October). It took forever to cool the room. The view was nice from our balcony, but to open the sliding glass door was so nearly impossible that I only did... More

Only one pool in operation Beach is a small strip squeezed in between construction sites with no freshwater shower or dressing facilities. Staff was rude a d did not know the basic information such as if the beach are has showers. Breakfast was very good though.

It is hard to say much as the option at the Israeli side of the Dead Sea are all decades in need of repair and fix ups. This is a large hotel- it has nice public spaces and plenty of room to sit and lounge in the lobbies- The rooms are standard- comfortable beds and nice bathrooms but my room... More

If you miss the bad old days of the Soviet Union this huge concrete and marble box is just for you. If you look for a 5 Star hotel, as this hotel claims to be, you should avoid this place. Service, personal attention and well functioning installations are almost non-existant. The welcome at check-in is as warm as any welcome... More

Our garden room had a larger than king size bed and full size sleeper sofa. Patio was comfortable and private. Clean, Beautiful bathroom with all the soap, shampoos etc you expect at a 5 star hotel. Requests for more towels etc were filled promptly Food at breakfast and dinner was plentiful and tasty. Enough of a selection for anybody to... More
