We took a group of 40 people to the David Dead Sea Spa in January 2015. We were all very well looked after. The staff were pleasant and attentive at all times. We were able to sit together at meal times and were given the use of a room for our own evening programme. Everyone in our group were happy... More

Never ever had I such a negative experience. 1. beach next to the hotel was closed due to construction. Why didn't you tell me that on the phone? Why do I have to walk 20 minutes to a public beach on Shabat? 2. I got a written and phone confirmation that i could leave the hotel saturday evening. Guess what?... More

We arrived for a weekend, arriving on Thursday waited Children's bed there was room for about an hour and I had to talk to the service twice. Friday at 10 and 30 minutes I turned on a switch to clean the room but when we came back at 12 and a half we found a dirty room, I called room... More

My wife and I stayed at the David Dead Sea Resort and Spa in February 2015. We stayed at a "Masada Suite" on the 13th floor. The suite was very comfortable with expansive views of the Dead Sea. The bathroom was large, clean and had a variety of free Dead Sea mineral soaps and lotions that were replenished daily. The... More

Etty, the individual responsible for booking (manager), walked us through every detail, and was truly helpful with every detail throughout our three night stay. WE have been guests many times in the past, when the hotel was Le Meridien. Now, under new management, the David Resort and Spa, has really upgraded their service, most of the staff members are truly... More

I would have given this hotel a better rating, but when you come back from a swim in the Dead Sea, covered in salt, desperately wanting to take a shower....and there's no hot water....you're rating drops down. It drops even further when the front desk just shrugs their shoulders and says' There's not hot water anywhere'....no apology. NOTHING! The hotel... More

Everyone here wants to make sure you are comfortable and happy. Great service. Stayed in three Israeli hotels on this trip and David had largest rooms, largest balconies and most comfortable beds. This is our second time here and we will definately be back. Thanks Sharon for all the personal service.

The good: good breakfast, nice lobby The bad: very bad service, bad room keeping, a small pool that cannot contain the hotel guests. Review: Bad service. When we got there we felt like the employees do not care much for us. We booked a room for 3 people, only 2 beds were there. After asking for a 3rd bed it... More

Stayed here for the last two nights only as part of a week long pilgrim tour to the Holy Land. Very nice hotel. Some rooms had robes for the pool, ours didn't :-( Beautifull dead sea pool and hot tub spa inside. Great variety of excellent food in the dining room. Thumbs up!

We arrived at the hotel and quickly and efficiently were checked in. We received a room upgrade, on a high floor with an amazing view. The meals were amazing, with so much choice for every part of the meal. the dining room staff were so helpful, especially Hizam who helped us with the drinks and finding a place and other... More
